I like thinking that this song is actually a sequel to Hello. Red is probably stuttering in Hello because he has a crush on someone, that's why he eventually says "how are you today". Red falls in love and this song happens. It's a bit less stuttering and has a few more understandable words because now he's more conferable around whoever he's in love with. I dunno, just a theory.

A good thing to do is pick some different styles you like from other artists and put them in your work and then gradually change it from what you would prefer.
