Bhai sab kuch thik bola aapne, but vo apne acche income and better returns(may be 20% or more CAGR) ke kaaran jaldi goal achieve kar liya, but jo compounding ki baat kar rahe hai ye vo galat nahi hai, nifty index fund me bhi daal ke rakhte hai tab bhi 13-15% returns milenge over a long period of time, aur iske liye koi rocket science wala dimaag ki jarurat nahi hai bas monthly SIP karni hai index fund me to attain FIRE amount, bas patience rakhna padega thode lambe samay tak depending upon the income and savings of the individuals.

More and more people might face a tough time in retirement. Low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents make it hard to save. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire.

The increasing prices have impacted my plan to retire at 62, work part-time, and save for the future. I'm concerned about whether those who navigated the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am currently experiencing. The combination of stock market volatility and a decrease in income is causing anxiety about whether I'll have sufficient funds for retirement.

This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $400,000.

Know that he joined adobe and amazon which are the best paying companies which proves he has above average intellegence. Even his wife is in the same company so their income was well above average for Indian commom class. also RSUs/stocks given by these companies as part of the salary helped them make their first 5cr easily. Even if he was working in the same company without selling any RSUs, he would still be in ~10 crore.

Finally found someone sensible and practical because everyone behaving in comment section like they are earning lakhs of monthly salary, instead of focusing on their lives, their earning which I can bet most of the average Indian earns around 15-20K to max 40-50K and in this range even 10-20K savings/investment is not easy, I am thinking to reach the 3.50cr mark in next 20 years after adjusting the inflation it comes down to 1cr.
Life is not easy for you actual middle class fellows, don't blindly get influenced by anyone and make and plan your life according to your needs and goals.

Exactly my thoughts. I was going through comments and everyone was going gaga over the story. Finally found a sensible comment. No doubt, this guy showed dedication and discipline to achieve his goal. But, let's be honest, I don't think he ever had to take responsibility for his family after he started earning. It seemed his parents were doing well for themselves. Usually, in middle-class society, most kids have to start supporting the family after they start earning. And it's not just about supporting parents financially but sometimes supporting siblings too in their studies. For a normal Middle-class person, it's very difficult to achieve financial freedom even in his 40s, forget about his late 20s. There is pressure to support family, support siblings, get married, raise kids, buy a house etc. You cannot save 3-4 cr in just 8-10 years of your job unless you work in Product companies like Amazon/Google and get a chance to work onsite and save loads of money. If I sensibly invest till the age of 60, that is 20 years from now, I would probably be able to save 6-7cr, and that too if I am consistent. This will be a decent amount even after 20 years. But, the reality is you cannot save this much in your 40s unless your family background is good and you have been earning well without any liabilities.

another learning, you need a boost like inheritance, parents help or like him both partner working in US and earning a lot and lot more in ESOPS, otherwise forget about financial freedom, you won't even be able to break middle class trap. For middle class people if we don't get salary for 1 year, we will have to think of how to get next meal. For us, financial freedom is that we have a year worth of salary saved in account, no loans and good investment or retirement fund saved for comfortable life post retirement.

He has onsite earning, that itself is a game changing in many ways. Started off with big companies and that too when rents were not soaring. Now at present stage, Pune and Mumbai have worst scenarios reagrding rents and sale prices of flats. Rents take up half the salary, one cannot just make a same plan for every state or income. Every other people in this comment is like lauding him, but as inflation is different here, so is the income expense ratio in IT dominance cities. After deep analysis of 10 years, I have found that most of the people with rental income or multiple homes have a backup. Either the back up was from family or onsite money. If someone does not have family backup of 5-10 lakhs and no onsite income, just forget it ! But one good thing in this video is a proper mindset and planning which does make a change.
People with no financial backup, loan wale bacche and jinhe starting se hi top company na mili ho, just do not take this video to the teeth. Bas mindset aur planning samjho, its never late to start. Aur apne spouse ko itna bug karne ki jarurat nahi hai ki tum kaam karo aur tun apne paise save karo, every family is different and every couple has different tunings, do not ruin your relationship just because 'you' have seen a youtube video.
    planning and all is good..
