(Free games or not, it is your choice. Doesn't really matter) During the download, Steam will automatically fix the DirectX 11 missing.

The games I am trying to open continuously tell me that multiple of my DLL files are completely missing from my computer. when I went in my c drive to see if they were there and just corrupt, I found that they were not even there. I have no clue on what to do. Downloading the DirectX web installer didn't fix anything either, as the installation failed and showed an "audio error". If anyone can help me it would be great.

Yes it was 6068. Nvidia overlay was causing the issue, apparently, but the issue still persists, just not as much.
