Ste didn't apologize he just want to explain how Chez Chez was a massive part of his life for ages. I think Doug finally got the message that Ste was never truly in love with him.
Doug was in so much pain he didn't think of the pain he would cause his family and friends by suiciding. Just as Ste is in so much pain he can't see anything else, he is desperatelly trying to grab to the small pieces of happiness he had and he lost. If people say to someone to get over grieve like it's something you just choose to brush off, than this person haven't felt real grieve.I've seen people driven to addiction in real life because they couldn't handle the loss.
Whoever said that was trolling, that's the only explanation. Cause , dude, Kieron has the face of a deity. His face is perfect! the eyes,eyebrows,hair, nose, pouty pink lips, smooth skin...he has no flaws! He is fit as fuck!
Ste always used the jacket of Brendan.
For months Ste was the kind of friend that let Doug control him and try to change him into a person that he wasn't. He was the kind of friend that let Doug talk down to him and preach to him like he was some moron who was incapable of knowing how he wanted to live his life. By the way that Doug is so insistent on trying to keep him in his life no matter how much he protest he must have been a pretty damn good friend.

You seem willing to forget that grieving IS a real problem that can come to drive people insane.When Doug lost Becks he was in so much pain he considered suicide.Grieve IS unbereable pain, enough that Doug,himself, considered death as an option. How is that "Polite,nice and considered" with his parents and siblings who seem to love him very much? They are flawed as all humans are, but they have been shown to love Doug very much. Destroying his family by suiciding is part of grieving? Yes! it is!
Not enough Ste in the episode. I wish the episode would be centered more around how Ste felt working in Chez Chez again but without Brendan this time. :( That line though "I reckon I've had that already.." oh :( precious Stendan :( Bet he was talking about Dublin reunion night ;)

Hey Girlfriend, I got your message - I miss you too! It was so lovely of you to remember me! I sent you a reply to your channel. Hope you got it. Yep, I've pretty much stopped watching HO since Brendan left. I missed his swagger in those beautiful clothes he used to wear, the Stache, and his exquisite ice gray eyes! It's boring without him. But I read ES tweets. He came to my home town but I missed him altogether. I miss the SL between him and Ste. But The Fall will start soon. Hope to see it.

You show some lack of knowledge there. First Ste dealed drugs before Brendan ever came along. Second Doug also dealed drugs, including after Ste and him opened the deli. When it's in his best interest Doug also is willing to do shady deals.
She's been drugged so much, you would have thought she has built up immunity to it. haha

Excuse Ste to stop his grieving to be "nice and polite" to Doug. I forgot when Doug was grieving for Bex he was sunshine and rainbows....oh, no, wait Doug was in so much pain over loosing someone he loved he actually considered suicide! WOW, grieve IS painful, isn't it? Imagine if someone took your kids away from you to the other side of the world and then took the love of your life and threw him for life in prison. That would be like 3 times the grieve Doug felt enough to suicide, wouldn't it?

Well, I might be the only one but I do like Robbie, think he's hot and his character is full of potential. Yes he is cheeky, and braty and manipulative, and often mean but well, the vilains bring the salt in Hollyoaks, without badass nothing much will happen apart from romance and cheating... not that I don't like romance but I think Robbie could be a great new vilain-in-training. And I would love to see exactly that. And I do like it that Ste would pair up with him, at least he does something... I would have hate it soooo much if Ste just turned back to Doug! It's not that I really like him to grieve, drift away or revert to his old bratty self, but it's normal considering what he has been through.
(In my wildest dream Robbie would realise that he is gay and him and Ste would be badass couple. Then Brendan would come back for Ste obv, and make him realise that it was just grieve speaking. Am I getting too far? I definitely see some possible alchemy here. I don't like Ste with John-paul. John paul is a little boring, in my opinion only)
And to George comment "You don't even know him blablabla", I was somewhat relieved, at least Ste's harsh treatment hit the spot. George learnt the hard way though
Oh lawd, did Ste ever learn Walker's motive behind wanting to ruin Brendan? Because it's like history is repeating itself. This is what I thought would happen. And Maxine...*sigh* I don't even know...give the girl a chance to recuperate before you go drugging her again. It's been, what, a month?

Ahh our little Steven did learn some things from Brendan & make deals in his favor. Robbie is a little pisser, who needs the attitude smacked out of him. Still curious as to who or what will put back Steven in place. Maxine is train reck waiting to happen; she has bad luck follow her like a puppy.

I think you are annoying and I want you to go away. But neither of us will get what we want, will we?
