Actually it is not uncommon to include Finland in Scandinavia. Nor-Swe-Fin is one common definition of it (geographic Scandinavia) but Nor-Swe-Den is a more cultural definition of Scandinavia. Including both however isn't usual

You are utterly WRONG.
Scandinavia is Norway-Sweden-Denmark only. Finland is included in the NORDIC nations that also includes Iceland and Finnish/Danish overseas territories (Åland, Faroes, Greenland), alongside Scandinavia proper.
Scandinavia and the Nordic countries are both geographical descriptions that also happen to have cultural similarities amoung their groupings, the former more so than the latter. The Finns are of course ethnically distinct from their Nordic neighbors and their language is unrelated.
P.s. don't forget the Sámi culture/peoples/language who are indigenous to northern Norway Sweden and Finland.

Just an fyi to other geography nerds, the region typically called Lapland is derived from Lapp, or "uninhabitable" and it's been used as a derogatory word for the Sámi people of the North. As a 2nd gen Sámi-American, we typically refer to our own land as Sápmi! Lapland may be on maps but it's rarely used there. Just a fun heads up for everyone lol

If I was behind it, I'd swap the teams of Poland and Austria. Germany, Austria and the Benelux countries have obviously much more in common with each other, Poland being there is an odd one, I'm not sure Poles would enjoy such company, while Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary are much closer together with Poland, since they together form the unified political block, called Vyšehrad Group, it holds them together stronger, than some Austro-Hungarian vestige nod to the past does. Plus it would make them more balanced tbh.

Rule of thumb that pisses off the least amount of people, is that Scandinavia is Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, and Finland. The Nordic is all the same minus Finland. All Norse are Scandinavian, but not all Scandinavians are Norse.

I played Axis and Allies before I ever played risk, Axis and Allies is like risk but about twice as long and more in depth and a lot less is left up to a dice roll. Because of that fact risk will forever be ruined for me because the only time I played it multiple times my 3 infantry would get wiped out by one, as opposed to Axis and allies where you can’t lose that confrontation rather you roll to see how much you lose by attacking them.

Inside Spain there are two big mistakes. It isn't Castille and Lion, it's only Castille, because if you include the Lion you are talking about an smaller region. And the region of Catalonia should be named as Aragon, more historical accuracy. Also you can avoid a lot of territorial and political problems with that name, calling all that region as Catalonia you are being unrespectful with people that live in that region but aren't Catalans

"Finland" here is just south and central Finland. The actual Republic of Finland includes also what here is "Lappi/Lappland". Note that the historical name Finland only characterizes the southwest of today's Finland. Some of the names used on this map suggestion are literally stupid, and shows that the person who made it has little or no knowledge of history and provincial border names. In order to create such a suggestion one must choose a more elaborate concept. It doesn't have to be Europa universalis pc game but at least a more thorough concept. Either just non-border geography OR just a certain historical period
