I have a question you did a video about two years ago on drilled it rotors? I have a 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee high altitude, and I drive it every day to work, on sat & sun I’m out driving to car shows & car meets. What is your preferred answer? Should I get slotted rotors or drill rotors?

i prefer slotted as drilled are more likely to crack due to temperature differentials and the way the holes affect the structural integrity. plenty of high end cars still use them, but they may be manufactured in a way to negate those drawbacks. the drilled rotors that came on my Z had noticeable cracks in them, which was an immediate confirmation of what i’d heard about them.
