We are in Baton Rouge LA and it caused me to get emotional bc we stopped that tradition from childhood gatherings with Family plus church it was purely delightful. And so is your Family and you .❤

Very unique caramel recipe! I am going to try this for sure. The syrup would be great on ice cream. Really fun family times and showing kindness as well.

Looking through a lot of UA-cam for caramel popcorn or caramel sauce or popcorn balls I came across your video and I have to say out of the hundreds I've just reviewed between your family and its friendliness and the way you prepare your popcorn balls and the reason you make them, this is now my favorite recipe and I will be making it and thanking you throughout the whole process!💜👍🏻

This is the first year I've seen anything about "booing" people. Everyone I've seen doing it is on the west coast. I wish we did stuff like that over on the east coast. I think it is such a cute idea!!

I just found you guys looking for the recipe of the popcorn balls I love you guys you're such a good mommy and daddies you guys are slaying it keep up the good work. You know what I like to do to give back? When I'm in the Drive-Thru of a fast food place I like to pay for the people behind me. And then drive off and I always tell the cashier to tell the people not to thank me but to pass along the random act of kindness. I feel like you're teaching your kids the same thing.

Last year I went in a store and they were selling popcorn on the cob !
They had shaped it in to a corn on the cob and fixed it up in a green wrap with one side open. So you could see the popcorn. Thanks for your video at 4 in the morning with not a darn thing on TV to watch !

I followed your recipe and it was great! Chewy,creamy,caramel texture. The only change I made was I decided to take a chance and use sea salt butter. I mean sea salt goes great with caramel right? It was a good. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

Another awesome video Jess. Have you ever done the marshmallow version??? Its kind of like making crispy treats, except you stir in popcorn instead of Cereal..you can also add food coloring to the marshmallow.

Can I use microwave popcorn? Does it matter if it's butter popcorn or not?
Any popcorn would work, but I would avoid the heavily buttered ones, as it will add too much salt.

This is the worst popcorn ball recipe ever. They're ok, and easier to make than some other popcorn recipes in addition they do not hold together well and are very sticky. In comparison recipes for popcorn balls that are a little harder to make tastes better and stick together better.
