quicker tutorial:just put converters on and put the rods on global,then u raise the rods until u get insertion to 40% and if the meter at the sync screen is not moving very slow like u need,then lower the control rods then raise them again(u need close to 750 temp or exactly 750°,u can go a tiny bit over 750°)if u wanna restart back then do scram and wait for temp to reach 75° then u can get it off(REMEMBER TO TURN RELIEF VALVES OFF AFTER SCRAM!)
