your video saved me a lot of time! my Monitor was flashing after booting up my desktop on "cold start" and after it warmed up a bit it was okay, but this monitor is around 15yrs old so I'm probably due for a new one! Lol! thanks for the info!
Yep, I also have a 7950 and 5750, tried it with both on the same computer but with the same fault. Basically after removing the drivers that Windows update had found and installed for it there was no longer an issue.

When I start my computer the CPU starts but the monitor remains black and the the button which is under the monitor starts blinking but my system doesn't start. What I can do?
my be you monitor have problems wit the screen lights
your pc motherboard is mostlikely fried if you touched or worked on it recently
The monitor issue could even possibly be the monitor drivers (although that's highly unlikely). I had issues with a Samsung Syncmaster and upon removing those drivers the problem went away.

Literally I solved my problem of monitor while watching this video. In my case my extended monitor was half shaded and i was just trying to find a software solution in google. But actually it was about my monitor hardware setting beside the power button and yes, this time the problem is gone :)
My computer screen started making like some Explosion noises like tak tak tak tak tak tak and I don't know what to do (it glitches also very hard and Turns off after 4 seconds
It's 2021 and I know this video is years old but my monitor flashes quicker than that when I turn on the computer or if I wake it up from sleeping. It flashes quickly from the windows screen and at times flashes a green screen and one time it booted up but gave me a nice pink color.
I have an AOC Monitor. I hooked it up so my mouse could travel from my iMac to that monitor, thus allowing me to use both screens together. It all worked fine for several months, when suddenly (and I don't know what I did wrong) the AOC monitor increased its picture or viewing percentage to 3 times the normal size, thus making it very difficult to see an entire page that I would move from the iMac to the AOC monitor. Please, are you able to give me suggestions of what I could do? Thank you.
My monitor is an LG one. It has 6 buttons. They ate labeled:
4:3 in Wide
MENU
f-Engine

On/Off button
It is god know how old and about 2 weeks ago, it was working. We then borrowed my sisters Xbox. Doing that meant that we needed to get the power cable from the monitor.
We then bought 2 more cables like that and I grabbed on so I could plug the monitor in.
I plug the end with the holes in to the monitor itself and then the plug into the outlet. Everything seems to be going right but then, I turn on my computer.
Usually, when this happens, the monitor gets an orange light where the on/off button is and it stays until you turn off the monitor or computer.
That isn't happening, the orange light comes up and then maybe 5-10 seconds later, it stops and goes away and I can't turn on my computer!!
Please help, what do I do?

Resit your ram
check the wire which is connected to monitor. If then also its not working just replace that wire buy new one.
