- Hi lovelies! I hope you enjoyed this one, it's been a longtime coming but I'm so glad to finally say I have managed to clear my skin up naturally. I still get a pimple here and there and have pretty bad scarring but my skin at the moment is the best it's been in years. I always stick to this routine, if I get lazy, my skin will get worse! In no way am I a doctor or dermatologist, this is just what helped me, hopefully it will help some of you too if you are struggling with your skin. I just wanted to reiterate that I know how much having bad skin can affect your confidence, but please please remember that you are so much more than a few blemishes on your face, and you notice it about 20x more than anyone else.

I can't tell you how much I feel you right now. I had severe acne myself for 2 years and I finally cleared it too and I am so happy for you because I know the struggle, it really REALLY affects you and your whole mindset. I'm very excited for you, yay for the freedom and PEACE that comes with being able to go anywhere with no makeup and without constantly thinking about it. You are really beautiful, don’t be stressed about the natural things that happen in everyone’s life. I have been through this myself and know how it feels.
But hey, do remember the minimum no of products you leave on your skin, the better and please avoid fragrance both natural and synthetic! Most of the avene products do contain fragrance!!

Hi, I was wondering if you take Zinc breaks, because I heard you shouldn‘t take it constantly because than your body can‘t absorb copper and iron well and this can get really bad in the long run. :) I hope you read this because I am scared to take it every day 😅

Same like me 😭😭in morning when I have it boyfriend I wake up early and Donmake up and my hair I use to put my hair in my face 😭😭😭And still I am suffering just in. Chin I have they no stop 😭😭😭😭
After watching this video, I went out and bought zinc capsules and since then, this is the best my skin has ever looked in the last 15 years. I can't believe how much of a difference it makes.

I had NOW L-OptiZinc 30mg, now i am taking Jamieson 10 mg. Both are were fine, but NOW smelled quite badly so I switched to Jamieson.

I recently learned this tip; instead of wiping a micellar water or toner with a cotton pad, i press it into my skin. Just put a lil pool in my hands (always wash your hands before) and just press it in my skin and let it dry. Maybe its a placebo effect, but i feel like it really helps make sure it gets into my skin.
I do this too but i am always thinking that i use the toner in wrong way but i still like doing this so i didnt stop😂😂😂

Avène products is the best!! All of them, not only the Thermal Spring Water.. I have used Avène for 9 years and they saved my skin.

Girrrl I feel you. I gave up as well but then I turned vegetarian (not for the acne) but my skin started clearing up then I decided I was ready to be vegan. Being vegan has changed my skin, my body and my mental health. My point here is do what makes you feel good. Eating clean and taking care of your energy is amazing💟

I have been to 5 dermatologist in my life and they all told me that
But eating too much dairy is bad because there is something in there that triggers the acne

Everyone says makeup really effects the skin I haven’t worn make up in 5 months and it doesn’t make a difference. I don’t wear make up everyday I wear it maximum once a week if I’m going out somewhere nice. I stopped completely this year honestly I still get breakouts not lots just 3 zits maximum at one time that’s what normally happens to my skin anyway.

Guys recently my acne got much worse and it was so SO INFLAMED. I froze green tea and aplyed it to my face. I take a cube and quicky run it over my face and wait till it dries or become warm again I do it again. I repete proces a couple of times it helped me after one use. I do it morning and night. I will continue dping it for a couple of days and write here my results and tell you guys if its wprth trying

fefo10 I just recently used Avane Tolerance Emulsion, but when I applied it to my skin, it didn't absorb and over time like there was a lump. my skin type is dry, after wearing avene emulsion my face becomes tight. is it really like that? sorry if my English is not good.

Uuuhhmm cleanser?🤨🤨 no offence but this explains your struggle with acne. Also the thermal spring water spray is recommended to freshen up your makeup. Just a tip i mean it well i got my skin clear with avene peoducts and youre missing out on the beat peoducts
