Since I was a small child I've heard of chestnuts roasting on open fires. I am closing in on 50 sooner or later. I have never seen a chestnut in my life. I don't know anyone in my life that has ever seen one. I don't even know how they grow, I would assume a tree, but IDK. I wonder how chestnuts are associated with the United States and how they assumed a relationship with the country. I could Google this, but that wouldn't be as entertaining as the response I'd get from the community.

Youre homemade yoghurt (pre-leaking) already looks quite thick! Which strain do you use?
I use grade 100, (dense) cheese cloth. With drain, the yogurt has less acidity. It also improves the texture and tongue feel.
