Damn, ya made it look so easy! Im 2 weeks into my training at my company, and I've got literally everything down except for backing. Paperwork, pre-trip, driving safe on the road for 11 hours, no problem. Thanks for the help, I'm hoping to get this down in the next few days so the last 2 weeks of my training are just practice practice, not struggling and getting frustrated woth backing 😅
it took me two hours to get a trailer in a very cramped and tight spot, I eventually gave up and just dropped the trailer probably where I shouldn't have and it ended up ruining my entire week. I did everything, go out, tried to make my set up better, I could not make the trailer do what I wanted it to and now I'm stressed out this will just get worse.

Take your time. Establish sight points and learn how the trailer moves with the tandems slide forward vs. Backwards
Mane. It took me 25 mins to park at night one time until two OGs got out to help me
25 minutes you did good took hr and couple still didn't get right 😅😅

I also work for JB Hunt and struggle backing at the rail yard
I'm still new to intermodal and this has been my biggest challenge. I'll get it in but I really need to work on my setup.
Are the railyard tight? I figure with mainly 20ft and 40ft containers it can't be that bad. I'm driving 53ft vans right now
Bro same. Shit is tuff with a sleeper and 53 foot container in those rail yards
@@jaayhop I’m doing containers now and shit easy asf with the day cab lol I’m just blindsiding to make it interesting lol
How about you have sleeper and trailer tires are at califonia setting , then what would setup?
What do you think I should do cause I want to drive for JB hunt but I have no class a and live in Riverside
Call JB Hunt
Sure. You dont have to say it so i will...i am saying youre the best person parking by far
yea
Can u show what u do with ur steering wheel when u chase flush
Turn it left
Hola hermano muy Buenos tus videos una pregunta se n ecesita hablar bien ingles Para trabajar en J hunt?
No pero recomendado aprender, hay mucho gabacho y Moreno. Ya sabe como esta la cosa aqui en el USA
I work for the same company but i got a sleeper so i need a couple pullups
Sometimes the rail yard can be a bit crazy.
Pretty damn good!
I hate flatbed bc although you can see the trailer you can’t counter steer at the last moment like with dry van or the trailer will be imbalanced
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
thanks for the video will help alot 👍🏼
Loaded my truck and trailer with cameras. I can sneak my vehicle in any place
I did three times but it’s too hard 😅
Ty!! Very helpful
Thanks that was great job!!
The part I skip on ATS 😮
Of course, it's easier in a day cab than it is in a sleeper
🙂😷
More slow please
Too fast.
No, youre bad at making a proper video
He literally explained everything he did with video evidence and put that trailer flush in that spot on one go... What was bad lmao
