Yes my elderly neighbor taught me anytime you pour a slab to put 4+inch drain pipe so you can always slide other pipes through it. With new flexible pipe it’s even better now. I enjoy you information, keep it up.
Dad was in the well and water pump business. We always used a roll of black plastic for water lines with barb fittings on each end to adapt. This was before Pex.
As a retired plumber you can more secure joint if you prime and glue the very edge of the pipe. And pvc is fine for cold water and up to 80 psi even though it's says 70 psi
You should put a bigger pipe in there so you can slide the water pipe inside of it so if you ever have a problem with it you can just slide it out you ain't got to bust up the concrete
Several have made that comment but then somewhere along the wall there would have to be a big opening with a hatch so you could cut the pipe and glue on a union. If it ever leaks, I can just reroute it above ground, but we've got PVC underground in and concrete all over this property!
Does the boom turn on a angle from the machine? If so it can make it easier at times also we have another hurricane coming so I hope you all make thru ok
I would have run 3 or 4" corrugated pipe, run the pvc through. Easier to repair if needed and well protected. Pvc is just fine, keep out of the sun a uv rays.

Thanks for watching!
Nice to see all of the progress! PG is coming together!
Also, Now that I’ve switched to PEX I’ll never go back. I love the stuff!
Little by little the dream is coming to life!
Dad was in the well and water pump business. We always used a roll of black plastic for water lines with barb fittings on each end to adapt. This was before Pex.
That's what we used growing up. Seemed to always be fixing leaks!
Always great to see Piney Grove making progress! Love both Brad and Deb and their passion for their property.... Stay encouraged and I am a fan!
We routed water to the barn almost two years ago...it was nice to finally finish the project!
As a retired plumber you can more secure joint if you prime and glue the very edge of the pipe. And pvc is fine for cold water and up to 80 psi even though it's says 70 psi
I'm sure there are better ways to do it! That one elbow was a pain! Thanks for watching.

Brad, is there anything you can’t do? Nice work pal!
Aw shucks, Mike....anyone can dig a hole! Thanks for watching.
Another great video Brad God Bless
Thank you!

It does, but I rarely fool with it because it's awkward to me! Thanks for watching!

Good tip!
Should have put a 4” drain pipe to slide pipe through so if it leaks you can replace it.
Good idea....let's hope it never leaks!
Working smart not hard. Well that too
We need a robot that can shovel!! Thanks for watching.
