Great video. Love the clarity on these shallow dives, good amount of fish caught too. Ms kelly was the Lion Queen in this vid. Terrific bunch of friends, kids and fun had by all. The kids are wicked cute! Nick's kids? He's got a nice family and house. The cooking spot was excellent, very interesting. Charlie's attention to detail is amazing, a real pro.

The "mandatory" sermon in that house was a bit too much "Handmaids Tale" for me, but the rest was entertaining.
If you can get your hands on yuzu, do it. It's crazy good. And more appropriate if you are doing Japanese-style preparations anyway. Hard to think that just another citrus could be that good, but it is. It's the citrus element in Ponzu. So yer already kinda there. Though I'm not sure if Ponzu sold in the US actually uses yuzu or something else.

Pro-tip, I used to use that type of Ponzu. Try this mixing Yuzu with Soy sauce.....much cleaner flavor, basically like making your own Ponzu.
