Begin with a chain measurement of 11.5 inches when stretched. Keep going until it measures 9" then do the crotch until you have 9 or 10 rows... Do the back up to 9.5" high (or more depending on your body) and 15" wide (for an XL)

Larger than an XL you might have to measure across your pelvis for the front and across your hips and bum for the size at the back... Hope that helps
