I made it using a 20 cm (8 inch) round springform without its bottom and it worked. It is very chocolatey in a good way and the mango compliments it.
원래 망고 안 좋아했는데 하도 맛있어 보이길래 먹어봤다가 빠져버렸다죠,, 망고 이맛있는걸 왜 안먹고 살았는지 ㅋㅋㅋ 마침 망고 초콜릿 타르트라니 짱 조아요

그리고 항상보면 실온버터, 녹인버터, 뜨거운버터 등등 버터의 온도가 나뉘던데
실온버터를 전자레인지로 살짝 녹여서 저렇게 풀어주는거랑은 많이 다를까요?
서울우유 무염버터 사용하고 있어요~~
실온에 오래 꺼내두지 못하고 바로 실온버터 처럼 말랑한 버터를 사용해야 할때는 전자레인지에 10초 정도씩 돌려 말랑하게 만들어 사용하시면 됩니다~~
