His voice changed because there are two different vocalists. One from sleeping with sirens and one from pierce the veil that’s why your hearing two different tones of voice. Kellin is more of a scream/Whiney.

Vic is the lead guitarist and vocalist of Pierce The Veil (thos is their song). He's singing a bit lower and hitting those harsh screams. Though Kellin can do those kinds of screams himself. He's really quite versatile.

there’s 2 singers, that’s why when the voice changes they put kellin on the screen because that’s his part, kellins voice is more high pitch and vics voice is slightly deeper.
