I've never caught a walleye before, but it's a goal of mine this year. I need to decide where the best location here in Missouri is to fish for them & where I'm gonna go.
Thats a good goal! I've had good success fishing Stockton Lake and Lake of the Ozarks at times. Night fishing is the most consistent as walleye are nocturnal feeders. If you don't have a boat try below dams from the bank. I have walleye breakdown videos on Stockton Lake and Lake of the Ozarks for some good info on how to find and catch them. @indepthangling I don't have a boat, but do have a kayak. Thank you for the advice & I'll check those out. Lake of the Ozarks wouldn't be far at all. Stockton Lake I've never been to, but always up for new locations.
@@Silver_Coin_Outdoors No problem I hope you can get on them this year. Keep trying areas with shad around at night to find more actively feeding fish. Tight lines 🎣
I'm in northern Minnesota and you might be right on those being tulibees I've not caught them before this being from Missouri originally and thought they looked like whitefish.
