This stream of Phoebe guitar tutorials is the only thing fueling my will to live, you’re an absolute king 🤩 thank you for everything you put into this channel!!
Georgia, Georgia, I love your son When he gets older, he might be the one He might be the one (Whoa) Georgia, Georgia, he has beautiful bones And he never lies or picks up his phone (Oh) And sometimes, in the pouring rain He'll fall in the mud and get back up again And if you find me Will you know me? Will you take me Or will you fall? (Fall) Here is my day plan, here's my new machine He is a fine new addition, so young and so clean So young and so clean He came up through the water without a sound With my back to the shoreline, I dreamt that he drowned I dreamt that he drowned (Whoa) And sometimes, when he looks at me I know that he needs you, you're all that he sees And if I breathe you Will it kill me? Will you have me Or watch me fall? If I fix you Will you hate me? And would you fuck this And let us fall? (Fall)
Thank you for this incredible content!!! Please don't stop :) If you get a chance would you post a tutorial on yellow is the color of her eyes (the acoustic demo version) - soccer mommy!?
that version is cool, i thought about basing the tutorial on it! she's tuned down a minor third there, so it's C# F# B E G# C#. the chord shapes she uses are a little unusual too.
hey, i was wondering if you could do a play along for this because i’m pretty confused on how to play it. for example the oh part and the 2nd half of the first verse. i’m not explaining this well but i’ve kinda figured some things out i could say but i’m still confused
Hey Kyle I love all your Phoebe Bridgers tutorials you're the man! Wondering if you listen to Elliot Smith and would consider doing any tutorials on his v tricky songs? PS he has a song also named Georgia that I believe Phoebe was referencing when writing this song!!
@@KylesKorner Theres so many good ones but Whatever (Folk Song in C) would be so amazing to have a lesson of. There's covers but no good lessons for this one on YT yet
Great performance ! i'm glade to discover you :) i spend good times ,good feeling, a like to you ! Hope to Keep on touch, see you soon on our channel to share about music ✌ Peace !
I mean, no, not really. Like, a G chord played with a capo at the 2nd fret is an A chord, etc. But you usually just still call them by the name of the chord as you play them. Like, "G chord with a capo at the 2nd fret", not "A chord". But if you were, like, playing with another musician and needed to tell them what to play, then, yeah, you have to figure out what the chord "really" is with the capo wherever you've put it. That all sorta make sense?
yes, but it would be in a different key. if you would want to move the capo or just not use it and still have the song in the same key then the chords would be different. if you want to sing the song in a lower/higher key then you can move the capo up and down, while keeping the same chords. happy playing!!!

Love your channel for all these Phoebe and boygenoius songs! Quick question: Can I play Georgia with 18 frets guitar?
Thank you for this incredible content!!! Please don't stop :) If you get a chance would you post a tutorial on yellow is the color of her eyes (the acoustic demo version) - soccer mommy!?
Hey, yeah, I'll put that one on the list
hey i love this tutorial! do you know the chords and tuning for when phoebe performed georgia live at daft star?
that version is cool, i thought about basing the tutorial on it! she's tuned down a minor third there, so it's C# F# B E G# C#. the chord shapes she uses are a little unusual too.
@@KylesKorner if you have the time could you do a tutorial for that on i find it much easier s for vocals :)
@@KylesKornerwould you mind sharing what those chord shapes are? The daft star performance is still my very favorite version of Georgia :)
Kyle, my precious, precious guy.

So when you have the capo higher up, is it still the same chords?

What’s the tuning of this version?!
it's standard tuning
can somone specify the strumming pattern ? i cant seem to get it right
Try thinking of it as "DOWN down up down up DOWN down up down up"?
bright eyes bad blood- phoebe style?
tabs would be so helpful with this. The camera is so far back it is so hard to learn as a visual learner.
Anyone know what the bpm for this is
2 15 second ads my guy…come on
I don't control that!
