I remember Ted from high school. He was a senior when I was a freshman and at this time I didn’t know how great he was in football, but my team from Indiana went to a track meet in Dayton, Ohio and he was the MVP of the meet and after the meet my team went to a restaurant and Ted’s team was also there and I will never forget one of my teammates went up to Ted and asked for his autograph. Some of my teammates laughed because he asked for his autograph, but Ted gave it to him and my teammate was so happy and said “he’s gonna be famous” and that’s exactly what happened. Ted was a high school football and track legend, a college great ant Ohio State and a great NFL professional as a receive and return specialist!

"If he was from the sec mainly bama then they would be calling him a legend "
Nonsense. Bama or no Bama, he never put up the numbers in college or the pros to be considered a legend. He was never even a first team all-American in college.
He had two big games in each of his three years at tOSU. Six big games out of 37 total.
      Exciting? YES.
      Underwhelming? YES.
      Legend? NO.
