His fastest time his senior year for 200 was 21.16 and Usain Bolt would have been around 15-16 at the time meaning that he was already 20.13... literally a full second faster than Ginn. Also, Ginn didn’t ever end up running track at Ohio State, the Football team wouldn’t let him do both, so that’s why he never won any Big Ten track awards. And also, if I am not mistaken, he said in the video that Ginn’s hurdle times in high school were Olympic qualifying and I believe I even read that in the newspapers at the time it happened.
