So, here I am, finally vidding these two.
I swore a loooong time ago that I never would because I honestly never felt like I could do them justice (and alas...)
I've loved and love tv couples - some less, some more and only a few with the burning passion of a thousand suns - but Mulder&Scully are on a whole other level for me. They go beyond shipping. They represent my idea of love. That kind of love that transcends everything and stands the test of time (and anything else, really) again and again AND again.. Which is something so incredibly rare to find.
The revival has thrown me back into the tunnel full force and this time around I just couldn't help myself. I had to let it out.
I pretty much hate everything about this video (I don't think I've ever fought this hard with coloring before) but hopefully you'll be able to enjoy it a little bit?
Let me know. And, if you've never watched this show before, what are you waiting for? It'll make you sob into a corner, it'll rip your heart out, it'll make you scream in frustration, then cry yourself to sleep and REWIND.

I think you perfectly discribe the evolution of this intense connection.That tension in the beginning (sexual but also beetwen two different way of seeing life) and then the respect and support. Love it, well done.
Everything in your description is true. I'm a grown-up man, I hate kitchy lovestories and there are very few stories that make me feel sad for more than an hour. But the X-Files are so totally different. They made me tear up several times, make me feel melancholic only thinking of them. It's ridiculous, but this show is causing me real pain. And yet I can't let it go.

Cause you get the show happened to me when it first came out and now that I'm watching it again it still hits me hard.
As they say " In walked Love. " Scully didn't expect to fall in love with Mulder in his charming crazy personality. They were a perfect match of complete opposites. Very emotional and well made.
holy shit this was so damn good and you managed to capture the whole show and it's essence within this video. It was so touching, tender, loving and real. I say anyone who hasn't watched the x-files but needs an incentive needs to watch this video because this is the perfect advertisement for it. you are just too good.
Wow, this is absolutely perfect, and so captures the depth of love and trust between Mulder and Scully. This is one of my favorite Mulder and Scully videos I've ever seen, and reflects such skill on your part.
