- I am NOT warning about 28 color kits, I am warning you about the faux gridding being printed into the canvas. I feel as though a lot of you are overlooking the issue I am trying to warn you of, and not watching to the end.

There has been a lot of complaints about the factory producing the images with only 28 colors. Most of the stores have been sending customers the “improved” kits with more colors, just email the store. I had this issue with one of my kits, original 28 colors, the new one has 50. I love the joy Sunday kit!

Wanted to let you know they are sending me the updated color count version they had listed! Thank you for letting me know! They will also be sending me a new kit to replace the one with all of that ugly gridding!

So many of us have complained about the Huacan brand that different websites are reprinting it. 28 colors even for a beginner will turn them away. Joysunday is always amazing along with the brand that has 60000 written on it. DIY and Huacan need to get their act together.

Thank you! I had gotten them a very long time ago! I don't watch a lot of UA-cam that isn't documentary or learning, so I do get behind! It would be nice to see more and new folks posting videos on their kits! It's good to listen while I work. I'm okay with 28 colors, as I tend to modify most of my kits. My real issue was the last kit that looked like a waffle! They have removed the listing, but not the others affected. I'm still trying to explain to them that more have been affected than just the one.

Oh my gosh yes. Why why why are the backstitch lines printed on the canvas? It just makes it harder to read.
It's beyond me. French knot marks for me are the worst. Can't tell what stitch goes underneath
When it comes to stamped kits, if it's not the Joy Sunday type, I won't even buy it. There are just too many variables with quality. Also, what's up with sending out kits that have black gunk all over them? SMH
They should for sure be checking them first. Joy sunday is 100% my first option! I think most of my wips are joy sunday. I love them to much!
I had the same problem look at stitcharella she explained the whole thing haucann is the company they changed machine the new Machine does not have the ability to print more than 28. Color I emailed them they refund my money instantly so contact the company you bought from they will refund you because they know they are rubbish
I have autism, and she is quite a loud, energetic woman. It's just a bit much for me to listen to or watch, but I appreciate the suggestion! My idea about the 28 colors is to offer a cheaper and beginner friendly option, which is fairly common practice. I'm not upset about it, just disappointed in it not being listed. I will check the manufacturer, though
@@NimCrafts I understand, my son is on the spectrum. Personally I think there are several things going on and I'm sure money was the overriding factor several of the stores are marking the kits on their websites which is good but what I don't understand is why the listing doesn't just say xnumber of colors in this kit for every canvas some patterns are perfect with 15 or 20 colors and some people are intimidated by 60+ colors, give us the information and let us decide.
@2treasures That really would be the best option. Information is the best thing to have, and it would really help prevent so many issues.
