One of the greatest problems is no accountability.....when the person who holds the highest office of any country invades another country in violation of Internatinal Law there has to be a way to hold them accountable and seizing assets and using them to help the invaded country should be allowed legally.

There is about 280 billion of western assets still in Russia (Renault, BP..). These would be confisquated in retaliation.

Well the reality of those assets is that it is going to be confiscated anyways. Russia is becoming the biggest North Korea on the planet. The last thing I care about is Russia blackmailing us with BP's or Renault's assets, while withholding us from transferring vital financial help to Ukraine.

The investments interest used to finance world comittment in applying sanctions including influence with Middle East and India to avoid Russia escaping sanctions.The capital sums will be used to rebuild Ukraine
