I use a similar method. The difference is that I create a 2x1 table on a word processor. Questions on the left, answers/evidence in condensed form on the right column. Type the answers/evidence in black font then proceed to colour them in white. I ask myself the questions and try to lecture out loud in my own words and complete sentences. I’ll then check to see if I got it right/wrong. I highlight the questions in green if I got it right, and red if not.

can u make real study example of that on detailed info cuz i dont know how to make quastion can u make it by opening lecture paper and do ur strateagie

I take notes by just writing down high yield points and color coding everything so I can remember grouped items better!
Your method remembers me a more detailed version of flashcards. Anyway thank you for the video as a STEM student too.
