- Very hyper baby miniature donkey at the barn :) He is less than two weeks old and the most adorable thing in the world!
For those of you who are confused, the mother is wearing a fly mask, which keeps pests out of her face. It is mesh and she can see through it perfectly fine.
Also, for a newborn donkey, it would probably not be safe to let him in a larger pasture where he could hurt himself, be hurt by the other animals, eat something he shouldn't, etc. They have large pastures on this property where the donkeys will be free to play in, once he is big enough so that it's safe. - Домашні улюбленці та дикі тварини

Young animals play to strengthen their young muscles and practice skills they'll need as adults. But I also think they play just for the fun and joy of it! Wonderful to see this little donkey running around!💗🐎

Sorry, but if they were taking good care of them, they wouldn't be in a tiny pen. They'd be out, on pasture, with fresh grass and room for that foal to actually use it's legs the way they're meant to be used.
These are tough, natural animals. They didn't evolve in a barn. We keep them as pets, but we need to give them what THEY need, and not what we think they should have. They need space. They need a herd. And they need fresh fodder.

im sure there's more room to run, these donkies are probably just in the outside pen of their stall.... some folks keep the mother horse and their babies in their stall pen until the baby is old enough; trust me iv seen this before.

It is most likely, most miniature livestock are like that. I had to keep my baby nigerian dwarf goats in an inside pen until they grew to a certain size to prevent owls (and early in the year bald eagles) from getting them. They had daily frolic time outside but only when I could keep an eye out for any dangers.
It's always good to come to these kinds of videos after seeing some drama happening

+LittleE1998 come on, why the negativity? look how clean his area is. the fencing is all newer and not falling apart. the momma is not fat so you know she gets out and exercises. jeez, before you say rude things LOOK! this is a nice place, i can tell. and fyi if that was my baby he would be kept in a smaller area to keep him safe from other larger farm animals that may hurt him both on purpose and by accident! all of these animals here look wonderful!
