The reason why many people refuse sausage at Brazilian barbecue places, is the fact that you’re paying a premium price for meat. So naturally, you’re going to get the higher quality cuts of meats.
Just went today and could not be less happy, Nothing was very good! it was a 5 of 10 taste and we could not get anything we ask for, 6 times we ask for the garlic beef and they brought it out and took it to every other table but never to us, we had to ask for tea refills over and over and had to grab the waitperson because she never came by. Two weeks ago we went to Texas De Brazil and everything was great, then I watch two different UA-cam vids that both say Fogo is better (they had to both be paid ads) $410 for 5 people and none of us will ever be back...
Our favorite steakhouse was Charley's Steakhouse Orlando on Orange Blossom Trail. I found this place back in the early 80's. We would drive to Orlando (160 miles) just to go to dinner at this steakhouse. For 20 years nearly & then they shut down? They have other locations, but they are not as good. We have a Brazilian steakhouse near us in N. Florida. After watching this video I think we will give it a try. Hopefully they will have a good rib-eye steak and do it blackened. PJ
Eh, I've had a lot of so-so dishes at Fogo. I recently ate at the Gaucho Grill in Pasadena and their ribeye was phenomenal. 4 of us, with drinks was only around $250.
@@papagen00Nice! We did the bone-in ribeye last weekend, it's about $100 for a ~30oz and comes with two sides. My wife and I love sharing that dish. The calamari is also very good if you like seafood.
Fogo is the place to go if you love salty meats, everything is just overloaded with salt especially the beef. I wouldn’t come back, at that price you expect the best tasting beef and not one that is too salty. Try it to believe.
I’ve had different experiences at different Fogos. Some are consistently amazing, others are good 50% of the time. The quality is not consistent across every restaurant, and it also varies day by day

I can’t stand how badly she pronounces foreign words yet sounds so haughty. 🙄
I feel like someone types a script and this is an AI computer reading it.
I appreciate the attention to detail presentation
