WDLR Simplex 40hp with H Class and Ambulance wagons

Although the Simplex has a Caramel chassis with DCC decoder inside, in this instance the drive is coming from the H Class which is on a Tomytec TM-21 bogie chassis. Its decoder is slightly mis-positioned, hence the water tank sits a bit too high at the front, so needs to be adjusted some time.
