Better than the 1 minute highlights.
We are actually seeing the first implement of just world class play by USA. We finally got players that play for big clubs in Europe and when we get our natural starters for the front 3 the goals will come. But the way we moved the ball and played with confidence even without our big time attacking talent is a good thing to see. Time for the USA team to get some respect. And Reyna needs to be behind a striker to be affective.
Debatable but you certainly having some talented players, however I think 90% of European sides would come out on top as Wales played far from their first side in this game
USA fans demand all this respect but have absolutely nothing to show for it lmao.

@@d2xr we don’t think we’re anywhere near the best nation, but we’re actually starting to produce very talented players for the first time and it’s not by accident (if you actually do research but i doubt you do considering this stupid comment), in the next 10-20 years we will be one of the top 5-10 nations in world football and it’s coming wether you like it or not. That being said we deserve our respect now because all of our best players are under 23 and we’re outclassing mexico comfortably when in the past we’d get battered. Just looking at our play it is so so so so so much better than any year previously, and we have a few players with real world class potential wether you like it or not. You can deny and joke about us just because we’re americans, but the facts are with our new regime more and more young kids in america are gonna be choosing to play soccer now and with how big our country is you will see over the next decade or so how far we will come. Most of the USA player are young, that’s what they need
They’re young and promising (from an American players standard) but I don’t think one of these players could be playing for England, with a very young squad on average and are competing at a far higher level than this bunch already.
The best I think the USMNT will do with this team is get to the WC group stage. Considering your star is pulisic its not like he’s that good compared to the other top nations options in his position, like rashford, greenwood, foden, depay, Koman, promes etc
@@flight2510 we were able to do it with Dempsey Bradley altidore Jones Beasley yedlin beckerman Howard. Players that didn’t play for outstanding clubs for a good chunk of their careers nor were considered world class like other teams, yet we could made magic happen. USA has always had players that wouldn’t be considered amazing, now look at what we have.
@@flight2510 our goal isn’t this world cup. to be honest I wouldn’t be shocked if we got grouped. I know most of us want us to do well in 2026 which we can but that’s not even the goal….. just wait in 10-20 years and you’ll see how far the country will come soccer wise
McKennie was man of the match deservedly, but Dest playing around out there just puts a smile on my face 😁 meanwhile his confidence seems to be rubbing off on McKennie and a few others. New group, 1st game together, so temper expectations and build off this. Now we need to finish chances, I'm glad we're using a real striker vs Panama.

As a Briton (London, England) I am always attracted to the United States national team. I think maybe the sport itself is not the most popular in the said country. I am attracted to the sporting dynamics of the country when the sport itself is not the most popular compared to most countries of the world.

I love it! Wales looked over matched. We now have ballers who can dribble with flare, pass with creativity, play unselfishly and as a team. If this is the future it sure is bright knowing this was the first time this group has been together.
it's nice to see less kickball passes that go nowhere or so badly off target that it allows the opposing team to control possession and overwhelm our defense

USA vs Wales 2022 world cup should be interesting. Wales do not have much ball possession but they have the quality to score. As a USMNT fan, it won't be easy cause it's a world cup match. Although I think we have the talent to beat them comfortably. Just hoping for health heading into world cup 2022.
Hi Americans, I wouldn't get too excited yet. This was our B/C team, we even had a guy who plays for Newport in the English 4th Division playing against you.
Same with us, we had our b/c team which was fairly new at this time.

Even match play... Goalies some nice saves. Think we need to work on setting each other up, looking for those around us get the assist. For me, shooting through the other players, shooting 20 plus yard out like most teams, how about moving simple passes inside the 20 then also pass it out for kick ball shots.
