Just an FYI to all new field adjusters, firms won't trust you to write a 250k estimate for maybe 2 years. If you're really good then maybe a year. Be prepared to make $200 per claim on average while you get started. Some carriers pay $107 per claim your pay (national general) if the claim is below $2500. Just a heads up.
I like your numbers, but unless it’s a cat storm, I don’t see that many claims keeping someone consistently working at that rate. If it did then 💯 of ppl would be over the 250k mark you mentioned. Now, I do agree there is money, IF you know the right ppl or are set up with a firm. Even with all my qualifications and experience, if still yet to see the actual money hit my account.
