Maybe machsonic has no more motivation OR he did what another great Gens runner (Hunters13) did and deleted his channel because he was sick and tired of people accusing him for "obviously cheating." Btw, TAS isn't possible on PC, only emulator (which nobody can do nor has tested to my knowledge)
I wish I had an explanation for some of the advanced techniques used here. I used to speedrun this stage a long time ago and my best was 1:44 but none of these crazy strategies were in use (such as overtaking the laser robots at the end, WTF? How?!)

Dude was insane even without m-speed, easily one of the best IL-ers ever for this game. 1:44 is very solid! Not an easy time to achieve, even now
