I bought a wren kitchen this time last year still putting it in mostly done just finishing touches been doing it only at weekends I recomed the wren app anything damaged or missing you can order replacements never had any problems with getting parts. One thing I would say is they got some of the measurements wrong, and I basically redesigned it, adding or taking away parts. All in all no major problems but then I understand how to fix and modify to Joe blogs this experience probably would have been unpleasant. This is why people complain about there kitchens. The kitchen fitter turns up things are wrong but a lot of the time it gets fitted no matter what. Wren fitted a kitchen for a friend of mine they forgot there router so ended up butting the worktop up with no masons miter looked terrible I had to sort it for him.
I think you’re right I bet kitchen fitters themselves have a very different opinion on what kitchens are good and which aren’t! Saying that some of the measurements we had in our utility were wrong as we had measurements done before our waste pipe was boxed in so it was slightly wrong when it came to be fitted. But luckily the gap was bigger than expected and we had enough end panels to sort but didn’t look symmetrical as originally planned. I hardly noticed to be honest and I wasn’t bothered but I bet someone would be bothered by it. Glad you’ve had a good experience though with the app and as a customer - maybe fitting them is a whole other scenario 🤣😅 glad I didn’t fit ours!
It was 17,000! but we do have a utility room as well. So that's including all the appliances and two sinks etc and a utility room. We didn't have 17k so the 0% finance option was crucial to our kitchen supplier! Hope that helps - DIY kitchens are meant to be a lot cheaper but when we were looking they didn't offer finance
I am totallly dissapointed with wren to be honest, the shop staff are great but when it comes to delivery they suck big time. The shop promisses one thing but the delivery service can't do what the shop promises. Once they got your money you are stuck with them. Personally I would avoid them, in fact I will not buy from them ever again, totally dissapointed with them.
I’m so sorry to hear that! I have seen that white a lot with different companies where the sales people are amazing and then the rest of the supply chain lets them down. I think I’m quite lucky that our delivery was spot on & any broken bits we had replaced within the week. It might be what branch of Wren you use as well I guess. Cardiff probably isn’t as busy as some other areas. Sorry to hear! I think we will try DIY kitchens next!
@@Bike_at_UK they want 3.5 grand to install a small kitchen on tip of the price of the actual kitchen, and they use contractors nothing in house so if it goes wrong nothing to do with them. It's not like their stuff is cheap, they may give you all these so-called discounts but you pull probably get similar cheaper else where. I am not at all happy with them totally disappointed and will never use them again. I was warned about companies like this, once they got your money hey simply don't give a toss. The shop staff are great but I think wren have one truck for the whole country. Not good at all.
@flitsies thank you for your reply . Really sorry to hear your experience with them. Sale team may get commission so they have got incentive. But the hardest part is the one who installs the kitchen. Unfortunately many builders do not have good attitude at their work though they are competent in terms of technical training/experience. All the best to you.
Absolutely not a paid review AT ALL. We have used the stove pretty much every night since November last year. I clean it with the pink stuff and you can put the centre pieces in the dishwasher. Trust me id love to be getting paid but i am not. Just trying to give a helpful review to those considering it

Have you asked Wren to install as well?

The stove is legit brand new....you clearly have no used it for 3 months....paid review for sure.
