What Diet is Best for Me? How to Know

  • When I first started getting sick, 10 years ago, I went online and read everything I could find about how to get better. Unfortunately, some of the information I found about food was conflicting, complicated, unverified, and confusing. Since then, I've found what diet works for me, and I've vetted and curated a lot of health information. Since it's now organized in my brain, and I know who to believe and who not to believe, I wanted to share that with you guys!
    Your diet choices WILL contribute to you getting better sooner. You have all the self control and wisdom you need to do this! Don't give up.
    Here are my takeaways from this health vlog:
    How to eat to feel better:
    - eat nutrient-rich foods
    - try to stay somewhat alkaline, but still get adequate protien
    - stay hydrated
    - complex carbs are usually troublesome for auto-immune people
    - stay committed to trying, and take careful notes on what makes you feel better or worse
    - try going paleo with plenty of veg
    - only change one variable at a time
    - slowly experience
    - don't eat things you are intolerant too
    - if things are hard to figure out, supplements are suspect!

    UA-cam is funny. I watch a lot of videos about diet, like Paleo, Vegan, Carnivore, LCHF and they recommended your videos.
    So that's how I found your videos and how you gained a subscriber.
    I'm always looking for info too.
