I love the current rush of self confidence when it comes to people on ends of the spectrum of being both rather thin and slim and of others who have big body types, but I always hate that they then throw hate against those that still want to bulk or thicken up a bit - or those trying to tone and slim down. I see it a lot in the plus sized community where they tend to shame all kinds of diets and I understand that diet culture is so riddled with toxicity that its hard to pull it apart to target what's bad and preserve what is good - but I wish it was more accepted to be like "Hey I am beautiful and worthy, but I want to be slimmer/thicker for my own self love"
