@Cangkul_wotblitz Yes, definitely. Go check the statistics of your team after a battle. Two or three will be 45% or less, and one or two probably did better than the 55% player.
Ihave played since 2016 and for a few years I used money ocationally. Last 3 years I havent spent anything and yes it works great without spending anything. Just dont get impatiant when grinding, there is a lot of stuff you want but hounestly dont need.

I’ve had my F2P account since 2019 I think, or 2018 idek remember, haven’t spent a single penny. Have all but 4 T10s (cuz i cba to grind for the last 4) and quite a lot of premiums. Just have to be smart with how you spend gold and stuff, lots of events and stuff WG does so it’s most definitely possible. I have 41414 battles, 60.19% WR and 2200 avg dmg
I'd say it's a 100% possible, even though I've been in it for two years which I actually played, plus me being in school, but I have a lot of progress in it.

If u spend u gold wisely and Focus on one tank to Grind it s Not that hard.
+Beginner mm is alot easier to Deal alot of XP 😂 and so on.

As a veteran yes absolutely I only started spending money after I grew older and wanted special tanks

Hey @Meadsy69 , two things:
1st: WG allows you certain giveaways. Many players pass bc they already have them. Can you talk to them and see if they'll allow you and the other CC's to add this to every giveaway (and to a different person(s), not the same that wins the tank). Have an additional giveaway of 30k or 50k... I'll call them tokens, since the currency changes each season. For example, if I were the winner, I could choose to spend 23.5k on upgrades to my Dth-Str, 1.8k on my Fixer, 3.7k on my Swindler, and have 1k sitting in my storage to use once another season has ended.
2nd: Totally agree that it's free to play. I've played since 2015 and never spent a penny. Of the premium/collectables, I have 4 tier X, 22 tier 8, and 16 tier 7. (3 or 4 of them have come from Meadsy, including Badger and E25.) Now, I do have a theory on how they help paying players, but it's almost impossible to prove. But, playing and collecting is free (monetarily, not by time.)

As you've said- free is playable and definitely fun. Takes a bit of time and tier 10 aint all its cracked up to be- the higher you go, the more players take it seriously and less fun it is. I've won 4 t10 tanks from chests and sold em all to make gold. I will buy a couple back if I get a tank to tier 10 through progression- on tier 9 with the vickers cr atm. However, I like floating between tiers 5 to 8 where the most fun seems to be had. I had paid twice for the monthly missions to get certificates for tanks, and so far have collected 6. If you are going to pay out 20 quid, that's a worthwhile endeavour for the extras.

About 8 years on my first account, 4 on my second. Never paid anything on second and not in a long time on first.
Event tanks always half decent although most based on tech tree tanks with amended stats.
With tanks you like and are good on it really makes a difference to use in game credits to unlock all the equipment.
Im F2P and tbh youre a better player by doing it this way. My fav tank is the WZ-121 and on that im averaging just under 60% (not a lot you can do when your team throws) but i would defo say you can have fun

I've been playing this game for free for almost 10 years. I've never paid any real coin, nevertheless I've got almost all the OP tanks (Smasher, Dracula, Lowe, Sheridan Missile, etc.), but I only have 4 tanks tier 10. It is possible to play for free, but it will take you forever to get tier 10.
played for ~16 months now, this game gives you soooo much free shit its absurd. i have 5 t10 premiums, 5 t9 premiums, not even counting all the lower level premium tanks. all i can say use the gold u get in a smart way and you can get sooo much stuff out of it :D
My 1st 4 years was F2P, then I started to buy passes etc, my first collectable/premium tank was the Ankou,. I've now gone back to F2P since wargaming refused to honour a deal which I paid cash for.....I will pay again if wargaming compensate me ( not happening) or eventually let me use the monthly pass I purchased along with a tank ( the tank I've got)
Never paid in 8 years but must factor in that 80% of battles you will be in lower tier.
In last 2 months i managed to get 42500 gold in total without spending a penny. I started on june 28 with 0 gold, i did every mission and event to get gold, so i purchased Astron rex, Raumpanzer, T25 pilot 1, 59 Patton and WZ122 TM, and still got 9200 gold left, and within a week maybe a new tank or more gold from sandglobe. It is fully possible to get premium tanks without spending
My main account on NA has been f2p since 2017.

Obviously you can play free. If you play on mobile devices and collect gold from watching ads, you can rack up a nice collection of premium tanks quite quickly. You can easily earn 1000 gold a week from that, and then add gold and free tanks from events. Every 3 months I buy one of the bundles with a pair of tier 8 tanks for 12000 to 14000 gold, and just got the Emil 1951 and the WZ Chinese medium. I would own around 30 premium tanks in 3 years of the game. Nothing over tier 8 and I exclude anything under tier 5.
I'm currently grinding stock tanks again now as well free to play ;)
Haven’t spent a loonie in wotb yet, but I’ve already got several premium tanks (the account is quite new actually) and saved up tons of gold, ready to get myself a premium tank on black five. Wotb is quite easy to get gold, unlike war thunder 😂

I am currently sitting on nearly 30k gold which i am waiting to spend on a t10 premium.
How did i do this? By completing almost every single major (and most minor) events, by using gold boosters with t10 tanks, watching ads on mobile and, admittedly, getting very lucky with crates. For example, i got 3 gravediggers during its event, the 2nd and 3rd gravedigger gave me 2500 gold each. I have also received some gold compensation for premium tanks that i had from before i went f2p, but it is not a very large amount.
Been playing on my current F2P account for 4 years. I have 87 premiums and collectors. 26 of those are tier 8. I have like 14k gold atm. It's not at all difficult to play for free. All you have to do is play smart and take advantage of the events in the game.
2 years F2P account, now i have a prem, few collectors and 3 tier 10s (i sold some tanks to get creds and gold)
I saved up my gold from all the birthday events, and I was able to buy the T77 and Rumpanzer. So yes, it is very possible, all you have to do is save up your gold and not gamble it away.
or just gamble 1 or 2 times on the raffles with high chances to get containers which contain tanks. i play for 15 months, and 2 times already i gambeled once for 50g, got a collect them all case and pulled a t10 prem :D
I used to regular in stock tanks and lets just say that i lost many braincells due to random dispersion. So pls play fun modes in stock tanks where nothing matters
F2p so Much easy now with grinding tech tree lines, game modes and boosters.
Seen it all In 10yrs introduction of game modes, better players, update 5.5 , spare parts

All these i got 4 free, the only time i spent gold and got a tank was with the Obj 452K & the IS-5. Maybe i couldve gotten more 4 free if i had been more active in events and in those subscription thingies Wargaming gives from time to time

Yes definitely! Earned gold from watching adverts(on mobile) then buy'em collector/premium tanks during year-end auctions. Also earn Microsoft credits to buy elusive Smasher and Annihilator. Lots of patience though. Keep on busting'em tanks ya'll

played for 8 years with 260+ tanks and 40% of them are premiums/collectors, yes its free but some of the premiums they give away takes skill to obtain without paying with your wallet
The problem is that Wargaming gives away too much away for free. They should never give away free stuff. The more people who give away stuff for free means more of the economy going down the drain. There is a reason why communism didn't work.

I have collector account and free to play account for challenge play like Quicky baby play his completely free to play account. EU line is free to play friendly we acn get decent tank like Mino , TVP 50/51 , 60TP.

Yes you can. But why would you play it at all? Cheating mods, a support that does not care and a company that will not listen. There are better platforms to play. Platforms that work, no afk players or dissapearing shells.

Very doable. I'm at 60% WR, have almost all Tech Tree tanks playing for 7 years. I've only bought three maybe four Battle Passes when WG offered those T6 tanks and the Annihilator, never spent any money on Blitz ever again. Nowadays I've got a lot of T10 collector tanks only by saving gold from ads, weekly clan missions and events. But ever since WG upped the tank buy back price, it's been harder to get new collector tanks.
Too many in t10 with under 1k battles.......

Absolutely you can. I've been F2P for 7 years now and have almost every tier X that i want. Plenty of premium and collector tanks too from events and just saving up gold waiting for the big event specials where they discount the cost of tank bundles by heaps. Sure it takes heaps longer to grind lines but at the end of the day it I definitely wouldn't say that WOT blitz is a pay to win game
If you watch the ads for gold every day you will have 1550 gold per month.

😂 i play this game for free 10 years I think I'm at 399 tanks got a lot of premiums from watching ads and gold certificates with the recent changes from premiums to collectibles sold a lot of the useless collectibles this year has actually been my best pickup for Collectibles and premiums I believe I picked up about 5 tier x 5.5 was the death of the game then to add in a Auto loaders like the is3 defender but I'd saved a lot of gold and used it during the auctions😅 what over the years I've watched my WR drop from a 76 down to a 53 in about 18,000 battles I have about 48,000 battles in total😅 and that's not true you can get a lot of the op tanks I do have this Smasher I got from a lockbox with a key lol and I still average an 85% accuracy but then again I remember when tier 10s on a win you would still lose money
Of course you can play for free. That is an odd question. Can you get all the best tanks and get really good win rates for free? That is much less likely.

I have played since 2017 and have spent nothing. And I have ended up with about 40 premiums including t22 med, Action X, OBJ 252U, Progetto, Chimera, etc. Always wait for the good offers and play events
