From time to time I go back to one of his earliest videos, where he interviews his dad, and then drives for hours to that really remote lake in the forest/mountains. The music used in that episode, paired with the rainy and foggy weather while he camps there alone, has a special vibe to it. I really miss the music he used «back in the day» on his channel.

Me and friends have had this experience twice in Alberta in the early 1980's. Once near Rocky Mountain House and the other south of Coleman in the Crows nest pass. In Coleman a friends Dogs started barking and then hid under the chairs while heavy footsteps from 3 directions circled our camp about 80-100 ft away for over an hour.

Thank you for the excellent video.
I heard screaming, yelling, laughing and deep demonic laughing in a remote area of an Alaskan rainforest. It is one of my favorite places to go, however, I am now don't camp there or visit after dark. About 200 miles north of that area I've seen two Sasquatch people, about five years apart.
Before I saw the first Sasquatch person, I didn't really give any credit to the thought of being concerned of a hairyman. Now I know differently.
    Take care.

I like how you called them people. They're beings, just like us, another form of human, like us. The reduction by some to "ape" is repulsive. If anyone ever calls them the "North American Ape" I know instantly that this person does not understand, no matter how high in esteem the "community" might hold the person (or in their own estimation...)

I had a similar experience in the summer of '73. I live in Central Oregon and my friends and I spent a lot of time in the surrounding the Cascade mountains and enjoyed back packing, alpine climbing the volcanic mountains . This time four of us and two dogs decided to drive to the Mt Jefferson Wilderness and hike in to Mowich Lake and explore that area. There were a few cinder cones we wanted to climb and check out and take some photos .It was a pretty good hike in to the lake and once there we discovered we were the only ones camping on the lake. Looked like we had the whole place to ourselves , or so we thought. After setting up camp we thought we would take swim as it was a hot dusty hike in . Mowich lake is one of the few high country lakes that has an island in the center of the lake so we decided to check it out. When we returned to camp after the swim it was getting close to dusk and we were losing light so we made a fire cooked dinner. We had positioned our tents just inside the tree line and fashioned some logs to sit or lean on about 20 feet in front of them facing the lake. This also gave us a great few of Three Fingered Jack a mountain some distance away on the far side of the lake. After dinner we stoked the fire up spread a blanket out for the dogs to lay on . They were on the other side of the fire facing us as we were seated on the ground leaned up against the logs. The moon came up and illuminated the lake and the distant mountain . Another beautiful night in the Oregon high country. We had brought along another friend of ours by the name of Mr. Jack Daniels and the four of us passed the bottle around and took a few sips for nightcap before turning in for the night. It was around 10:00 pm and we were just talking low amongst ourselves just joking around as young men do. We threw another log on the fire and were going to enjoy to enjoy a few more minutes of cave man
T.V. while feeling the warm glow of the whiskey. Pretty soon the conversation died off and we were all quiet and staring into the fire watching the a spark or ember float skyward. Now the whole time we were sitting there talking both dogs were conked out and sleeping on the opposite side of the fire facing us. We were ready to turn in when suddenly both dogs leapt to their feet and facing us began to growl and show their teeth. At first we thought they were looking at us , but then we realized they were looking behind us into the tree line. These were two good sized hunting dogs and with hackles raised and hair standing on end they continued to be alerted to something in the tree line. No matter how much we told them to quiet down they would not stop. The four of us stood up and walked over to the other side of the fire with dogs and stared into the forest in back of our tents. The dogs were definitely sensed something of a threat in that direction , however they would not leave the fire to give chase to whatever it was. We couldn't see much outside the circle of firelight just the pitch black forest. Suddenly there was stomping and growling and a deep huffing sound coming from behind the tents. Then there was a snapping of tree limbs. Not sure what we were experiencing , but it was pissed off! This went on for a good five minutes with one of us scanning the tree line with a flash light. We never saw what was making the racket . We were frozen in place while this was going on trying to figure out what it was. Eventually " it " moved off and went straight up the 300 ft. ridge directly behind our camp breaking trees and snapping limbs the whole time until it was out of ear shot. We all looked at each other and tried to convince ourselves it must have been a deer, bear , elk , cougar etc. But we were experienced enough to know that none of those made sense. A bear would have likely come into the camp and as for elk or deer , heck no. We all turned in but I know I slept with one eye open. The next morning I got up early stoked the fire and decided to look behind the tents in the forest to see if I could pick up some sign. As I said before there was a good size ridge that was part of the natural bowl the lake was located . There was a defined trail of broken pine limbs and tree tops about 8 ft off the ground all the way like a beeline to the top of that ridge. Not sure what that was that night , but it must have been super human to get up that ridge. Keep in mind this is 1973 and not to much was known about Big Foot at the time. If that what it was. Later on I mentioned this story to couple of old loggers who worked those mountains and they told me what it probably was. I know one thing they sure didn't like talking about it. I did have several more experiences over the years and I 'm pretty sure I now know what it is we encountered that night at Mowich Lake.

Hello there my friend. I have a suggestion for you. It's in reference to your now filming style. I believe the purpose of your channel is to bring the Bigfoot subject out of the darkness and into the light. So when telling your stories do it in a well-lit room. You are one of maybe a handful of people I trust when it comes to researching the subject. So film yourself in the light. I fell in love with your channel a few years back so regardless of your decision you have my support. God bless you buddy.

The Bigfoot encounter a friend and I had was similar in that it "spoke" loud and clear through telepathy. It "told" us that we weren't in any danger. What was also weird was the atmosphere was charged with an overwhelming sense of peace. What has the power to manipulate the feeling in the surroundings?

  • @justinwolff1416
    @justinwolff1416 Місяць тому +2

Awesome! I clearly saw a similar, totally black and featureless being, back in 1994... from 10 to 12 feet away. Had not heard Bigfoot referred to as 'Shadow People' until watching this video. That term best agrees with what l witnessed.
My sighting was in The Great Otway National Park, Victoria, Australia. I was showing a friend from Germany around the region. Late one afternoon we decided to get back on the Great Ocean Road and drive down to a clearing next to Cape Otway Lighthouse. As the weather was good we planned on a late dinner under the stars.
Around 8pm a heavy fog decended upon the forest - so much for stargazing. We finished dinner and jumped back into the 4x4, chatting and going over plans for the days ahead.
We left there around 10:30pm. The road out was a freshly laid track of partially crushed rock. With dense fog, unfinished road, and nocturnal wildlife around, it was slow going for the first 20-25 minutes.
Around 10 minutes in, something huge and bipedal stepped out from the forest to my right. As we ground to a halt, it walked onto the road in front of us, stopped, then turned to face us.
My lights lit it up in the fog like a shadow puppet on a cinema screen. We could see no hair definition, no eyes or mouth, and no neck... just a solid black silhouette. Its arms were long with hands down to around knee height.
My friend grabbed my arm and said, "Shizer!... WTF is that!". I was just happy that she could see what l was seeing. Neither of us felt threatened at any time. Whatever this was just seemed curious of our presence.
It stood there for perhaps 20 seconds, then turned and crossed track, left of us, through a row of trees leading into open land.
My 4x4 was around 6'2" in height. We both agreed this black form would have been at the very least, 8'6", but no more than 9'.
This being walked completely upright like a human, but was built like a gorilla.
I've been in that forest countless times over many years and never seen anything out of the ordinary until that night.

That experience was too brief and lacks substance for non-fiction writing. Video would have to be narration only as a recreation of the event would take an FX crew and mucho💰.
I have far more interesting true stories if l ever find the time and inclination to write a book or screenplay.
If you want a really interesting bigfoot story, search YT for: Yowie / Bigfoot Sighting (Audio Report 159), at Hickeys Falls, Coonabarabran NSW
Would enjoy hearing your thoughts on that one.

I am not a YT creator at present... perhaps when l have more time. I have many true adventure stories, plus some spititual, spine chilling, and unexplained mysteries from true events. So maybe a book or screenplay at some stage for those 😉
Regardless, our experience that night was too brief - basically a 30 second window into the unknown - to make a recreation video viable. Even a narrated video would be wasted as you already have the roughly written version.
FYI: Search for 'Yowie / Bigfoot Hickeys Falls NSW'. If you liked my short story a little, you will absolutely LOVE that video podcast.
      Cheers 😁👍

One time in the logging roads of Silverton, Oregon, me, and a family friend had a rock thrown at our truck windshield. It left a chip/dent in the glass. NO ONE else was up there with us, we saw trees broken in straight lines about 8 feet in the air, all over the place, and something paced me in the trees.
Another time, my brother and I were camping on the Coastal range near Pacific City, Oregon. Everything got dead silent, and something started walking around our tent at midnight. It stood right outside the tent, and when I unzipped the fly and shined my flashlight out, NOTHING WAS THERE. Our flashlights kept on dying throughout the night, and eventually, we left because the experience creeped us out. It was a very strange feeling for sure.
