The Battle For Lawirwodi. Rwot Acana II Faces Rwot Apire

Rwot David Onen Acana II, the Acholi Paramount Chief has broken his silence over the power rift at the cultural institution, nearly seven month after a rival clan chiefs voted him and his deputy out of office. The chiefs appointed Richard Santo Apire, the Chief of Atiak as an interim chairperson of an executive committee mandated to oversee the transition of power at Ker Kwaro Acholi.
The chiefs accused Acana of failing to manage and offer accountability for funds disbursed to the institution, attempts to sell the institution's land to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), failing to discharge his responsibilities, and drafting a working constitution among others.
However, in an emergency General Council meeting of chiefs held at the palace of the cultural institution in Gulu City on Saturday, Acana denied all the accusations leveled against him, saying that they are only meant to tarnish his image.
A group of Rebel chiefs who recently claims they removed and replace paramount chief Rwot Onen Acana II have been suspended from Chiefdom activities.
During the presser, the rebel chiefs being headed by Rwot of Atiak Rwot Richard Santo Apire Accused Acan for failure account and support the welfare of the 58 chiefs for 19 years

My desr friend Adongakulu should.be above this. You surely have better pottential to brring development in Acholi in other ways.
The Rwodi saga will ruin your otherwise illustrious career. This id disappointing.
Now that the all important break away constitution is null and void the world will judge yoiu imyerlevtuals mimgling among the emotional chiefs very harshly. How diffetent are you from profesor Isaac Newton Ojok eho took his acolade in the front line of Alice Lakwena. Reconsider your stance in all this and redeem your teputation. Honesyly my brothet and friend we were at school MUK together we should target bigger issues than who is Lawirwodi a non pirtfolio in the true sense.

My default mode is to start with respect. And I will reserve that for you, until otherwise.
Suffice it to observe that only time will absolve some of us in time to come. We are created differently. I belong to a school of thought that believes in making THE DIFFERENCE especially where all looks doom and gloom.
But take interest on following the trend of events right from where the above video was recorded. Your PhD head, and I know for sure that yours is not a fake one, must tell you who is being economic with the truth and simply playing politics.
