How can we add photo diode to detect available light in the room so that when there is no enough light available in the room and electricity breakdown occurs than it should turn on light but if enough light is available like in day time than it should not turn on the light.

I think that in this circuit there is no Battery charging action. Only side i.e. if AC supply disconnected then led will glow with the help of attached battery. the led will glow till the battery life is available.
