How long the battery and the solar panel can last?

That depends on a lot of factors. 1. How much the ledstrip uses (depending on how many leds); 2. how much capacity is the battery (typically those are 3,5v but the amp/h varies which will impact on the time the strip can be on. 3. How much sun the panel is actually getting. To that you have to add some loss due to the diodes.

For this matter you can use TP4056 charging module that has the battery protection system.
