- This is for beginners of playing jamband music. I hope this helps you get a dead style sound with just the main pentatonic scale. I will make another video of other questions if anyone actually watches this! Hope this helps you, God bless you my friends!

That pattern of 4 thing has been the biggest hold on my playing. I’ve always wondered how to get those run on licks without ascending and descending too much.
I’m familiar with the original creator, but I hadn’t seen his video on that yet. So thanks for your tips and the recommendation
Thanks for watching! And isn’t it such an amazing trick
Nice work! The thing about Jerry is he really leans on the Major Pentatonic vs. the Minor. Lots of chromatic lead tones too 😃
Excellent video. Tip 21 to use with all of these great tips: experiment without end.
Try using a song like "Thats What Love Will Make You Do" - he pretty much lays out his style mixing of major and minor pentatonic-ness - and following the chord changes. You should point how how he mixes the chord forms and arpeggios with his more scalar playing. The rest stems from these basics.
You are a natural with the guitar ! Very smart !
Thankyou ❤ worth the wait
Glad you like it man. Next one up will be the part two of the pentatonic JM
Funny bro, great info. Thank you.
