By the way, if you didn't know, I do have two little books jam-packed full of my drawings out and available (and a 3rd on the way!), those two links up in the description, I call them Line Almanacs for some reason. (Also here #1 amzn.to/2fWmuSs and #2 amzn.to/2fUZb80) They're over 100 pages each of my drawings and doodles and sketches and wordles and whatsits, and I get about 50% of the profits from the sales of those so it helps me a lot. I know a lot of you have grabbed a copy or two already, you've been posting about it on instgram and stuff, it's so cool to see! Anyways, thanks for all the bottomless support everyone, even if you're all just hanging out radiating good vibes :o) /walloftext
Peter could you do more watercolour + inking videos please, sped up but only to make the video around 20 minutes in length? It's a weird request, but your videos always feel either a bit too short or a bit too long, and I love the way you ink over watercolours.
one of the main things i love about peter is that instead of putting music over a time lapse he puts commentary of his thoughts on it and much more and i love that
Peter is the kinda guy to make art with his blood and then casually bring it up later in the vid and after *THAT* tell us a story about how one time he fell real bad in the third grade.
In elementary school I once accidentally cut open my leg at a basketball game, and instead of doing something about it, I just started drawing on my leg with the blood
There's a Positive Psychology theory about the whole 'in the zone' things people do. they call it Flow and its like the key to job satisfaction or something where you're engrossed in what you're doing, you're not bored or overwhelmed and you're in a state where you just keep working without really thinking about anything else.
I wouldn't watch your ink and pen videos if there wasn't this amazing commentary. Sometimes I listen to every word and other times I get to the end and I have no idea what you talked about but just listen to the sound of your voice. If it was just a speedpaint with music it wouldn't be nearly as interesting.
The roughness of the lines and the small bleeds from this pen satisfies me on a new dimensional level. The imperfections look so perfect in the big picture.
Why is your voice so deep, nice and soothing I almost fell asleep listening to this guys top notch voice! I wish i had a voice like that my voice is all high and screechy Keep up the *awesome work dude*
I have never seen a style of drawing like yours it remindes me of a kids book of poetry i used to own called alligator pie.I just wanted to let you know i think your style is beautiful and so unique. Simply amazing
The package art was great, but the pen being made from recycled plastic is awesome. Great job Jonathan ! I'm definitely going to look him up. The drawing is beautiful
When you were talking about how messy the art can be and how devoted you are during the making process I remembered the best quote about art I've ever heard: "The artist doesn't own the artwork, the artwork owns him/her." I can relate to this so much.
Peter, I believe your hours of floating in space has enlightened you. You seem very in touch with life and creativity. Maybe you've unlocked your flow potential?
This is my favourite picture of yours so far! I love the complementary colour scheme and the faint yet satisfying impression of the organic lines making up an abstract dragon's form.
@Peter Draws , the handle part of a pen is Called a barrel - like a gun (but i dont think that could be aplead to this pen). Great vid. BTW that jail- style /home made dip pen works wonders lol, all jokes aside, it really make for a GREAT art tool
your videos always find a way to calm me down, and your art is so gorgeous and inspiring. the things you say over your videos also really inspire me and help me think a lot. in my opinion, you're like the bob ross of pens
I discovered your channel recently and I love it so much! Your videos are so calming and funny to watch. It's soothing, especially since I love and do art.
Tonight I watched your video with my daughter, as I occasionally do.. every so often I take the time to tell you how enjoyable it is to listen to you go on. Talking to her I was reminded that it's that time again! We both enjoyed it. We were amused, btw, that even your outburst seemed subdued and controlled. Haha thanks for sharing and kudos on the groovy pen!
This, in my opinion, is one of your best pieces Peter! When you use colours like this, the pallete of similar shades that compliment each other, it really helps it! I'd love to see you do similar drawings, maybe in different colours!
this is The Future of Art. I definitely would prefer buying an original painting with a cool and original creation story that's actually documented on Film. PS: Did you sell this one? The paint stain makes it probably bad to a lot of people, but I find it extra cool. I would love to have a conversation like this with a visitor: "Did the painter did that on purpose? Nope he just spilled the paint lol" :D:D
I totally get the feeling of ink "calling" to you! I feel the same about emerald inks when doing calligraphy, even though my favourite colour is actually red.. strange ... Great and lovely video as always peter! Super nice to watch when relaxing
your art style kinda infatuates me, when I make art I think of something to draw then draw it you seem to just flow on to the paper it's interesting and also kinda awesome nice calming channel as well honestly I like it all
This draw is magnificent, the color and the curves like that : pretty cool ! And it's changing from your "classic" style, Thanks for your videos it's always a good time 😊!
Excuse me but I think it's indescribably beautiful that you make equally indescribably beautiful art with the tools and materials that people send you. You're an amazing artist, dude. your channel inspires me to do more art.
Everything about this is truly beautiful. It's so calming to listen to your voice. The way you pronounce things, and the words you use. Do you do podcasts that I can find?!
This is the first video I've watched from you and I love your personality, as far as I've seen it so far! I am so going to binge watch all of your videos right now
When you were explaining the ink on your fingers the next day I swear I related so hard lol. I love looking at my fingers and. Hands after I paint because I know that meant I got a good painting out
This reminds me of a very large wild and wacky Chinese Dragon standing over a small tree (where the ink spill is) and beyond it there might be a tiny village there somewhere. I agree, if you don't have a little mess left over it's like not having gotten into what you are doing enough. Fun to watch, thanks for your insights Peter, they are always enjoyable.
It's neat that it flexes, I know a lot of Japanese manga dip-pens are flexible to feel more like brushes--if someone was used to using those, I bet this recycled pen would be really fun to use.
By the way, if you didn't know, I do have two little books jam-packed full of my drawings out and available (and a 3rd on the way!), those two links up in the description, I call them Line Almanacs for some reason. (Also here #1 amzn.to/2fWmuSs and #2 amzn.to/2fUZb80)

peter btw the trance state you're talking about is commonly called the flow state! It's widely observed in makers of things
Peter could you do more watercolour + inking videos please, sped up but only to make the video around 20 minutes in length? It's a weird request, but your videos always feel either a bit too short or a bit too long, and I love the way you ink over watercolours.
yeah it's a possibility
Ink is a beautiful mess. I rarely try to fight it any more.
Peter Draws I have all your books so far, and a third almanac will be amazing! I think you should create CDs for your content free podcasts too?👍💿✌
one of the main things i love about peter is that instead of putting music over a time lapse he puts commentary of his thoughts on it and much more and i love that
is... is no one gonna comment on that last bit 😂😂😂
*sneezes* *POP*
It was majestic.

It was hilarious
Gold
am I the only one who finds his videos very calming? I don't know why.
Christa CP his voice and the way he talks, i think
Christa CP I think he try’s to be bob Ross but he fail but he is still very cool and calm
I do
Cool .... are y-... are you gonna TELLUS
His art and the way he talks
Peter is the kinda guy to make art with his blood and then casually bring it up later in the vid and after *THAT* tell us a story about how one time he fell real bad in the third grade.
In elementary school I once accidentally cut open my leg at a basketball game, and instead of doing something about it, I just started drawing on my leg with the blood
Blood seems pretty cool to use as an ink if I ever have an accident I'll see if I can store any for later use
Peter could draw with bananas, Noodles, glass pens, Recycled pens, millimeter size pencils ect.... What can't Peter draw with?
Setnakht do not underestimate Peter's talents

A PP
The sneeze and the bubble pop at the end made me giggle
It's a little scary. I released the air from who-knows-where
Peter Draws now theres mystery air in your apartment
Jordan Booth that makes as much sense as anything!
It made me thankful I don't have headphones on currently.
I errupted in laughter at the ending!
The drawing makes me think of saxophones and cherry soda.
Deep Sea Girl it makes me think of thanksgiving
I see cornucopias and a turkey and noodles
Or maybe I'm just hungry 😅
it makes me think about dragons

Morgyn Kivimaa it's called doodling
That badass cap flip at the start.
hearing peter lose his shit for like 2 seconds was very attractive
7:06
I think peter is generally very attractive
Oh shit. We're starting a fangirl club.... (Not being a jerk to you gals. I promise. Just making a funny comment.)
Yes kinky
Recycling and dip pens are two of my favorite things!!!!!! 😁😁😁😁
I really like Jonathan's little instructional drawing in his letter. And the other little doodles in that letter. Talented!
The package art was great, but the pen being made from recycled plastic is awesome. Great job Jonathan ! I'm definitely going to look him up. The drawing is beautiful
FUN watching older videos thanks for keeping it going and please continue to work as you wish.
9:23 It looks like a dragon (the head facing left) I like it :)
Agora Veotrinx I was looking for this comment
I love the colors you used.
Love that pen. Cool design and it seems it makes lively lines. The drawing turned out great.
Love Peters super relaxed video style and how he creates whatever he feels like no matter how simple or complex
really got me going at the end there. nice job Peter
Love how the piece came out this time!
Me: "Mom can i get a fountain pen"
Mom: "No honey we have a fountain pen at home"
*fountain pen at home*:
lol 🤣
But when you grow up you WANT that mama-burger
the lines look really good!!!! kudos to Jonathan!!!
When you are drawing, its improvisation or not ?
I just sneeze onto the paper
Peter Draws hahaha what a beautiful sneeze
Ugo D some DMT trip memories
When you were talking about how messy the art can be and how devoted you are during the making process I remembered the best quote about art I've ever heard: "The artist doesn't own the artwork, the artwork owns him/her."
I can relate to this so much.
oh how I adore the rambling in the back of all these videos. thank u

He sounds like someone who does ASMR
I feel like mr. Peter here does asmr unintentionally 😂
Isn't that what this video is
The way he annunciates, stressing his consonants, very much an ASMR technique.
your videos always find a way to calm me down, and your art is so gorgeous and inspiring. the things you say over your videos also really inspire me and help me think a lot. in my opinion,
you're like the bob ross of pens
PETER
do you do livestreams? i would live for that.
love u xoxox
www.twitch.tv/peterdraws ur welcome ;)
Eu não sei omg thank you sir, does he stream often?
you have been missing out, my friend
hellacoolyo Missing out ??
Peter, this might be my favorite drawing of yours in a couple weeks. Very fiery sir. love the spilled dragon blood in the corner as well
Peter is one cool dude, he is amazing at art and is super funny. Love your vids Peter! 😊
One of the coolest doodles you’ve done🙌🏼👏🏼
I discovered your channel recently and I love it so much! Your videos are so calming and funny to watch. It's soothing, especially since I love and do art.
You always make my day a little less stressful. Thanks, man.
I support your generous usage of the interrobang.
This, in my opinion, is one of your best pieces Peter! When you use colours like this, the pallete of similar shades that compliment each other, it really helps it! I'd love to see you do similar drawings, maybe in different colours!
Also, the end totally devastated me!! XD
I like the different colors used in this one. Awesome.
That pen was awesome. Your drawings are also awesome. Double awesome! Thank you for sharing!
Peter, you are bizarre in the greatest of ways. I would appreciate more brains like yours in the world. thank you.
Peter, I've really enjoyed all the colors you've been using in your drawings lately! Beautiful as always!
I think a regular pen body is called the "barrel" but with pens that you dip, the body is called a stylus. Or so I've been told. 😉
This piece makes me feel alive and motivated!
‽‽‽ what is this peter, what have you done
It is called an interrobang, I use it plenty but overall it's not used often
Dat boiii
Named Lines
Peter, you should draw with an umbrella
i thought this was going to be a video useing recycled ink mad out of like fruit skins or something, but the pen was recycled anyways xD
L3gItSniPZ I've drawn with beet ink before, it worked pretty well.
this is The Future of Art. I definitely would prefer buying an original painting with a cool and original creation story that's actually documented on Film.

Such a cool pen! He should sell those. I'm sure nerdy geeky arty farty types such as myself would love to muck around with them.
And Peter, those Goulet inks, are they the little sample pots they have on their website?
Yes I think so
Thanks Peter.
Thumbs up for rust dragons! Thanks for all the awesome videos.
You're so cool, man
Amazin art Peter
That ending though
I love this pen, thank you for sharing it with us.
This drawing looks amazing Peter, I quite like how it has a spill on it.
you know, this... this is what my life has been waiting for. the flow of emotion blend soothingly with the marks of rational decisions... yes.
Watching peters videos is my "good 10 hours"
I’m impressed with the make off the pen and your ability to create with it. Awesome!
I totally get the feeling of ink "calling" to you! I feel the same about emerald inks when doing calligraphy, even though my favourite colour is actually red.. strange ... Great and lovely video as always peter! Super nice to watch when relaxing

Thanks for your videos it's always a good time 😊!
Just a heads up, this video didn't show up in my sub feed.
UA-cam's trying to sabotage me T.T
lost in the trees
I like just listening to you talk while i draw, its like your a radio show person !!
that ending really got me
Excuse me but I think it's indescribably beautiful that you make equally indescribably beautiful art with the tools and materials that people send you. You're an amazing artist, dude. your channel inspires me to do more art.
That drawing looks awesome in color. Makes me wish I had a set of colored fineliners right now.
That pen is so cool, I want to make one now 😄
Infinity all over that box. This is so good.
Very Cool package. =) Neat pen. =)
Awesome drawing. =)
Great video. =)
*LOL!* Bless you. =)
I don't really draw that much but I still love Peter's videos
your drawing is aspiring thank you very much for showing me love and bless
Everything about this is truly beautiful. It's so calming to listen to your voice. The way you pronounce things, and the words you use. Do you do podcasts that I can find?!
I bust out laughing while actually doodling at the end and ruined a a little portion of the drawing. It was 100% worth it.
i absolutely love your art style and the end of the video made me laugh out loud as i was typing this!
Love the mix of colors!
That ending is gold 😂
This is the first video I've watched from you and I love your personality, as far as I've seen it so far! I am so going to binge watch all of your videos right now
woaw this drawing is so beautiful !! and so fantastic too
You are my favourite to watch on UA-cam!!
thanks to inspiration from you, dear Peter, I went out and made a dip pen out of a stick I found. Thank you
I absolutely love your excuse there at the end of the video for going to the gym!!! Love the videos too bud. Keep up the good work.
I feel so calm listening to you
When you were explaining the ink on your fingers the next day I swear I related so hard lol. I love looking at my fingers and. Hands after I paint because I know that meant I got a good painting out

I love your art so much...
“Fire-e-yer” One of many new words this video. Love the neologisms.
Holy SHEIT, that last bit caught me off guard! XD
Awesome video as always. Your unique artistic choice and personality are as entertaining as ever. XD
Thank you Peter Draws !!!! so cool
wow that's awesome mate love it
