ASMR Testing Your Memory and Concentration

- Hi everyone! This video includes lots of memory tests with flashcards, beads and some random objects. I've been really enjoying this kind of ASMR at the moment so I hope you enjoy it too! This video features some triggers that I have used in other videos like my previous "testing your memory" and "colour tests" videos so if you like this then check those ones out too.

Something about the repetitive words/phrasing feels really relaxing. Reminds me of hypnosis or some such. Like this a lot.
Repetition is a huge trigger for me too, I'm glad you like it!
I have yet to find an ASMRtist who can match your hand movements. They're somehow bouncy and deliberate at the same time, rhythmic even. Especially when you tie it to your word flow.
I also didn't know that light triggers were a thing, or at least that any worked on me, until seeing your videos with flashlights. When you move them in and out of frame is wonderful, another thing you do with great rhythm.
I remember you mentioning that you like to record in one take. I forget your exact words, but my translation was that you felt cuts can break the immersion. I never considered this either, but I think you're right and you manage to maintain an ongoing experience very well.

I have to admit I failed the test because when you asked me to look at the star I kept looking at you. And it is a star that is rising fast. Reaching 15k very shortly. Love these memory tests. I think they must tire out my brain so I can sleep haha. :)

I think you could make a magician video, either preforming tricks or teaching them. These kinda walkthrough videos are fantastic and would lend themselves to magic well.

@@ASMREliza Every so often I'll watch Fooled Us Penn & Teller, and the magicians do a lot of repetition and confirmation with with their processes. You've got the knack for making that AMSR friendly.

After the amazing absurdity of having my not-pockets unpacked by Dr Eliza, I wasn't going to be fooled into thinking this was a straight forward memory test. I was absolutely convinced that there was a second set of flash cards, with identical shapes, but different colours, and that I was going to be deceived into believing that I'd recalled the colours incorrectly... and for a moment, I thought I was correct. But two things occurred. The first was that there was a mistaken recall of colours by Dr Eliza herself, but secondly, and more importantly, I eventually realised that I was being undone by my own lifelong condition of colour blindness. Doh! I remembered the most important part, that the heart has hope. Many thanks.
