Bro Eclipse needs a legendary skin, Scorpius was just got added and he's getting one in this event
Imma be honest, if they decided to retroactively add bastions legendary skin, I dont see why they can't with the other mechs they've added to the roster. Nomad got one on release, as you said scorpius has one which wasn't added to his achievements rewards, (I wonder why, oh wait $,) and the only mech I see not getting on for a valid reason is eclipse. Its design is quite unique and already intricate, so I understand its difficult.
