I wouldn’t like the track on the ground. Wouldn’t like to not be able to store anything on the wall where it’s easy to access and rather everything up in the attic where it’s hard to access.

It's nice but to say you're loosing storage space doesn't make any sense. You don't store anything up top but on the walls. Doesn't seem practical at all plus it's dangerous for pets and children.
