- Sex should be pleasurable over anything else, and this comes down to personal preference.
Some people want a long, sensual encounter, while others want something fast and aggressive.
The key is that you’re having satisfying sex as opposed to beating the clock. According to the survey, vaginal sex that lasts one to two minutes is “too short.” Vaginal sex that lasts 10 to 30 minutes is considered “too long.” Duration doesn't include the warm-up, only the actual action that starts the final outcome. Getting physical and intimate is a lot more than penetration. Most women don't reach the 'oh no' finish from penetration, like they do from oral or other stimulation.
2005 Journal of Sexual Medicine which found that 1-2 minutes is too short and 10-30 minutes is too long. Adequate action is between 3 to 7 minutes, but desirable is 7 to 13 minutes.

1. Regular exercise
a) Yoga - Sarbanga Asana, Sirsa asana, Bhujanga Asana etc.
b) Breathing exercise ( Pranayama etc. )
c) Free hand exercises ( stretches ).
