what i dont like about those BCW semi rigid holders is that they are too tight. i wrinkled a couple bills trying to put them in the holders, and im using the right size holders for small american bills. they should slide in easily but they dont.

Thanks for pointing that out. I agree it can be quite tricky to place a note without damaging it since the edges are sharp.

Would this issue also happen with a brand new crisp bill??

Yes can happen to crisp or old bill. Just have to take ur time, carefully guide the bill into holder to avoid catching the edge but once in safely it stay well protected forever
