how do you put the small balloons between the big balloons, do you stick them with double tape
I use rubber bands for cluster of small balloons and glue dots.
Very nice I like it I want to do for my daughter , how do you attach the biggest ballon with a glue??

what is the material of the fabric backdrop??? strech ??
No. And I don't recommend you to buy stretch covers, they are transparent and look cheap.
Our covers made from a solid good quality fabric, specially for our frames. We sell them on our website if you need it
