Nerfing a character that has already been released is a big NO NO for gacha games. It makes the community fucking angry and is actually false advertising, when you got the character it was advertised as such a thing and after you get it the character gets worse. Really doubt that this rumors are true
For clarity, the "nerf" basically is that if you use 2 elemental skills back to back, if the second skill cast is less than 1.5 seconds since the first one, energy particles won't be produced. However, unless they release a Sacrificial Polearm and you slap it on her, the only way for her to cast 2 skills is by E Q E, using burst to reset the skill cooldown, but that burst animation is already more than 1.5 seconds long. So this "nerf" will change nothing in the normal gameplay. The new endgame mode probably has some kind of buffs that reset your skill cooldown, and so it was changed so that you won't be able to generate as much energy. But to be honest, even with that 1.5s cooldown the effect would be very minimal.

I think it's due to Hoyoverse needing to avoiding having that PC glitch from happening, And that literally happened the last year, I'm so wondering if this is the situation that they're trying to fix in order to have Kaveh be able to be featured again, If this is not the case then I'm not sure on why they avoid him

they improved it with dendro, he was used in almost every dendro team at the beginning, the same that will happen with harmony trailblazer, then hoyo will release a better unit and he will be forgotten again the same as with the fire trailblazer.

@@s.shaooo1676 Furina is one of those very strong & somewhat flexible supports that can be slotted into a lot of teams. She is a very good character to pull.
Try to think about who you'd regret not pulling for the most, and who would help your account go even further. If you don't own an Anemo main DPS, Scaramouche is a pretty good one. He needs C6 Faruzan, though. Still, I use him for 100%ing new areas.

He isn’t strong gameplay wise. Thats true.
But he is personality wise just a really liked character, and no, that’s not because of Alhaitham. He is his own person with his own complexity, you don‘t need a BL ship to like him. Personally, I can relate to him being a misunderstood artist a lot sometimes.
His kit feels so clunky to play, he's probably the worst Dendro character ever. The only people I see caring for him are Alhaitham/Kaveh shippers tbh. No shade to them, one man's stone is another man's gem. I personally think they are overhyping him.

Yeah, Heizou's only been on 3 different banner cycles since his release almost 2 years ago, but he ran in the patch after Kaveh's release so he's run more recently than Kaveh... barely.
They both better show up on a banner soon or we'll have to replace all our sibling's missing persons posters with theirs.

First it does not change the character, you need to wait the burst animation that last this exact time, its probably to avoid some glitches.
