Thanks for this definitive Reser record. Harry Reser featured two distinctive 'hot' trumpet men: Tommy Gott, heard here, with a sort of staccato style and blowing effortlessly high notes and Earl Oliver with a more flowing style, who made a lot of records with Ben Selvin.
I posted this song, as sung by Annette Hanshaw, today. The record says Cahn and Miller. I assume the "Cahn" is Sammy Cahn. Do you know Miller's first name?
QUABLEDISTOCFICKLEPO Hi, "Cahn" must be a misspelling, as the composer of this song is Chester COHN. The lyricist is Ned Miller, who later became a comedian featured on early TV shows in the 50s. The pair had a string of hits in the 20s. Hope this helps. P.S. there's a video of me playing this at an OCRS (Orange County Ragtime Society) meeting on their UA-cam channel.

What a strange photo at 1:06. Looks like the "ear" of the gramophone is floating towards the woman's head where it will perch like a pointed hat.
Sophie Tucker made a fine recording of this song.
..ein Unternehmen der Reser Gruppe würde das
