I've worked all my life and have over 200k euros in my bank account, but I see Banks becoming increasingly stupid with their negative interest rates, Government printing money which devaluates our buying power and I've recently decided to start buying gold too. The main reason why I buy Gold is uncertainty of a value of currency. I was recently starting to buy Gold & Silver and it feels like I put my money into a different type of savings account with super high rate of interest.

I totally agree with you. I remember when I bought my first gold coin (Britannia), I felt immediately a different feeling of power and I couldn't hold my smile. Later on, I saw the same expression and shinning eyes on my wife when she held the gold coin too.
I am about to make a video talking about 5 advantages that gold has over bitcoin. I am not a bitcoin hater and I see advantages on both assets; however, as this is a gold & silver channel, I will only speak about the advantages of gold.
The good thing is that we can have both, gold and Bitcoin 😉

When I was young I used to spend all my money buying things that is unnecessary. When I start collecting bullion gold coin 2014, I noticed price of gold increase every year and with gold I can't simply spend it like money. I treat gold as my investment for retirement saving and emergency fund.

I started my gold collection with two coins! When I saw them for the first time I felt a good energy and I was fascinated by the allure of the gold! I ended up losing control and buying more gold than I should have. I reduced my physical gold position in few ounces to rebalance my portfolio; nevertheless, I am again thinking about to buy more gold 🤣

Great video man! 5 great reasons! I just have one main reason. I want to pass it down to my kids one day. Your 5oz lady fortuna's beauty always makes my jaw drop! haha. Your video was the reason i decided to start my quest for a 5oz gold lady fotruna bar. But then i thought well a 5oz would be great, but then i'll always wonder what the 10oz version would be like! The 10 oz fortuna has the same length and width of the 5 oz, the only difference is on the thickness.
I think that 10 oz is even harder to find.... there is also a 250 gram lady Fortuna that has the same dimensions than both 5 and 10 oz.... the difference again is just how thick these bars are 😉
The sizes are the same, only the 500 gram fortuna has a different size; and, of course the 1kg fortuna

if you lady fortuna is 100 gram or smaller, it will come in an essay packaging... there is a thin plastic film on the front of the packaging that you can easily remove. the bar will look nicer after that...

Yep! It’s a hard question. I have some of my gold well hidden at home; in fact, I like to have gold coins near me for an emergency situation. Other than that I have gold fully insured and stored in the very safe vault inside the Pamp refinery in Switzerland. The best thing is that the storage is free, i can sell it instantly 24 hours a day/7 days a week for spot price, no taxes and no capital gains taxes, also they can delivery the gold to my door steps if I request😉
But for all this to happen, you need to buy your gold from this dealer (link bellow).I did it several times and also asked for delivery from items in the vault.

Do you break the gold bars out of the Assay package? I'm thinking about doing so what do you think?
I've never broken the assay packages, maybe because my first bar was the PAMP 5 oz and as it does not come on assay.
I think over a long period of time you would prefer to have kept your bar in the assay package, but this is a personal decision 😉
Anyway, if you have a PAMP bar, you can remove the very thin plastic film that is on the front part of the Assay card, it will already make the bar looks much better.
I have removed this plastic film in the beginning of this video, It is easy and simple to do

Amazing accumulation of wealth you have their.....However I believe you should never hold all your eggs in one basket...Diversify your portfolio! Your stack reminds me of a stacker who I used to watch years ago he had an incredible diversified stack of gold- mainly coins which were from outside of USA. He stopped making vids years ago and unfortunately I don't recall his name.

I agree with you! I do not hold all eggs in one basket. I have a well diversified portfolio with gold, silver, and high dividend stocks divided in different sectors and countries. I do not own any crypto currency at the moment but I owned a little bit of crypto in the past.

What is the price of 1st coin? Canadian Gold 50 dollars coin?
Very pretty coins you have got there! Some looked inbetween bullion and proof, what actually are they? Example, the 3rd piece in the video.
Thank you Earthy1983. Most of the coins on this video are regular 24k gold coins but there are 2 or 3 coins that are gold proof. The third coin in the video is the Royal arms 2020. The Royal arms coin has been produced by the Royal mint in the UK since 2019 but it is not part of any coin series. Still, this coin has two of the queen's beast creatures on it (The lion of England and the Unicorn of Scotland). This coin is 24k gold fineness 9999.

I like mining stocks for sure! When gold goes up, the mining stocks goes up 3 times more, but when gold goes down, the mining stocks can go down 3 times more too.
In my mind, investing in gold stocks is a bet we make that the price of gold will keep going up; consequently, at this moment I do not own any gold stocks. Nevertheless, when gold restart its bull run I will look into the mining stocks. Last year I owned Vaneck GDX, Barrick, Callinex, Metalla....

I don't have much money to buy gold . But while I don't necessarily believe in the RESET , I do agree with your other reasons to own gold . So no in the US , IRS doesn't tracks gold purchases at all ? Yes it's not a quick way to earn wealth but historically increases in value in the long term . Wealth preservation . Since 2002 it increased value several times . I'd hold cash enough for it to last at least a few years . And sell gold every ounce in a while as neded .
Gold is a good way to save money and protect wealth, but as an investment it might not give high returns unless there is some type of collapse in the system. Although, the chances of a system collapse increases year after year.
Gold function is to keep you rich rather than make you rich 😉

This is a difficult question to answer because it is different from a country to country. I will assume that you are from the United States. At federal laws, your kids can report that the inheritance of gold without problems if they don't inherit more than 12 million in precious metals and cash combined. However, It is important to remember that each state in us might have a specific law about this

I did not know that, if I knew about this situation on Lebanon, I would have definitely mentioned it in this video. Lebanon is such a beautiful country that was unfortunately very damage during the war. It is also reminds me of other thing, if you hold bitcoin and your country is at war and has no electrical power due to the war, you have no chance to trade or use your bitcoins without electricity while gold coins can still make you cross the borders.
I just hope things get better for the Lebanese people very soon. My sister is married to a Lebanese but they live in Brazil

Like you, having gold and silver untracked is a big reason for having physical...if you hold it you own it...if you have money in the bank, the bank could close, or have a computer error or even be hacked and BOOM 💥 you are S.O.L. and the same goes for cryptos, someone figured how to mine Bitcoin, someone will in time learn how to hack Bitcoin...besides with countries wanting their own crypto currency, why would they let Bitcoin compete, Bitcoin would be regulated out of existance....gold and silver can not go to zero, even if it's worth a ham sandwich it will be worth more than a zero fiat dollar or a Bitcoin gone to zero.

I agree with you 100%! We can also think about physical gold as a savings account outside the banking system.
The Bitcoiners like to call bitcoin "store of value" and "safe haven": in fact, this week alone bitcoin and Cryptos have dropped at least 20%, so it proves that cryptos are not a safe haven or a store of value. Gold would take at least 2 really bad years to drop in price as much as Bitcoin and cryptos did on a single day. In my mind it clearly proves which one of these assets is the real store of value and which one is casino gambling speculation.
In a bull market, Bitcoin and cryptos have performed really well and went up really fast; however, in down turns these cryptos go down with the double of the speed that they once had on the upside.
When markets are going up, we can basically buy anything and make money, what matters is what you hold when the market crash. Gold has preserved wealth through generations and it will keep doing for another thousands of years. As you mentioned, regulations are coming to the cryptos and it will deeply affect their usage, attractiveness and price.
